Thats not what I'm saying... I'm saying all the space underneath the cup is wasted if u cut the intake tube u can lower the cup down... And fit more juice...

I wrapped a coil with the PTB, 2 times around and the tails go to the bottom of the cart, still testing but so far, so good. Just waiting to see if it goes dry enough to burn it off the coil.

Storm and Banjo, if you're having good luck with the ptb over the coil, I wonder if it stands to reason that cutting off the wicks and lying a much thicker wick over the coil and down into the tube would do the same thing without burning. Does anybody have a source for wicks? It might be worth a test.

A regular length E2 will do about the same as cutting the tube.

More juice may work OK, but in my upside down version it did not. Mine was OK with a small amount of juice in it, but the more I put in it, the wetter the coil and wick became.

dont you dare leave the basement br.
I'm beginning to feel like a caged monkey. Can you throw me down a banana?

1593 post and what have we learned? :>)

we have learned that a filler carto isnt the only way tot go and thanks to the e2 design we are able to make a myraid of different mods which hopefully and eventually turn into something the world will use one day. i think.lol

I know you're not keen on the upside down mod BR - but wouldn't adding some light filler to the chamber suspend the juice and stop any flooding?

Yes, adding filler will help. That's exactly why I stated in my post, "Now, don't anybody say anything about using filler with this thing. There's no point for us to reinvent the wheel." One reason I said that is because there are at least two cartomizers on the market that have an overhead filler.

But then, if I wanted to play with filler, I might want to check this stuff out and see what it does:

Spun Glass Angel Hair for Christmas Decorating (item #473655)

This version may not be as bad as that old stuff that became available in the 1940's.

I have to keep you guys updated on other threads cus you are so busy busting mod*%# in here. This is from CoV forum. Bruce called the factory to ask about E2's his customers were getting with primer. This is is what was said:

"Here is the response from the factory. I left it untouched "Chinglish" so you see what I deal with!

Bruce (Cov): Why the bad taste and the primer fluid inside....

Chief of QC: Because we test all of our cartomizers,so we fill a little favouless omg liquid,if some cartomizers's function we need test several times(2-3 times),so we fill several times liquid, for one time, just 1 drip, however it is just several piece need to do like this! and if some cartomizers test the function at the first time,it is good,so we would not test them! maybe your customer test the cartomizers which one is we test several times! "

So the customers that got the primer filled cartos should be thankful, their cartos have been THOROUGHLY tested!
