Are you serious? Imeo sent them a new transformer that they sold. That is just too wrong.
What is the big deal?? If you think about it it's just a metal tube batt holder with a switch that powers the atty. So what technology is there to patent? If Halers does 5V sweet spot w/ regulator or resistor all the better. The gg isn't the 1st and Xhale probably won't be the last.
JMHO..
My Gawd.. it's the SuperT thread all over again.
Let's say for the sake of argument that it's a copy.. a knock-off... a replica. SO WHAT?
This is business folks. If you're going to come out with a PV or a mod or whatever... and you have half a brain and are a businessman.. you take all of the prior art that you can find.. analyze the heck out of it... copy the stuff that works (and isn't protected by patents).. try to improve the stuff that doesn't work... and then try to figure out a way to make it as inexpensively as you can while preserving the quality, function, and value.
And that's how it's done. Period. To some extent every PV out there is a copy or a knock-off of the PV's that proceeded it. And every mod attempts to emulate the good features of the ones that came before it.. while fixing the deficiencies. This is evolution, not innovation.
Don't think for one minute that Ford doesn't own a bunch of Chevy cars and trucks that they tear apart every day. And don't think that Kenmore isn't trying to figure out a way to copy the nifty features that LG just put in their latest dryer.
As a consumer, you should be thrilled.
did you saw any improvement my friend? I just saw a copy of my cig. An older one. Am I right?
I think we should wait till someone takes a look at the internal parts before calling it a copy, Imeo. I wouldn't want you to get into trouble or have anything bite you in the .... later. Drew says that he has a patent on it now. Get your new button patented quickly my friend.
Do you have a link to the claim. It would be damn near impossible to patent a battery box.
Looks JUST like a GG... with paint.
It is
Wheteher Imeo admits it or not , I spoke to him in a PM months ago and told him that I went to my rpoduction meeting with a Prodigy, GG, Screwdriver, and several other mods that I had been tinkering with and the whole room was most impressed with his button...Its similar to all Mods in some way...Its one of a kind though, and its patented in the USA, MADE in USA and will stay in the USA...Thanks for stoppin in...
Drew
Just read XHALER runs at 3.7v>5v>6v>7.4 v! for those who dare!!!!! does the gg do that??Notice all the response to that? Yea its a super clone !!lmao
Imeo, I love the design, fit, and finish of the GG, but honestly, it's a tube battery mod.
Because you can simply see that the button has no locking mechanism (or it appears that way). This is what I meant. The button looks exactly the same as the old version GG Grant, which had no locking mechanism and no safety features. On the internal parts and features, I've stated over and over that it may be a completely different story and we can't tell until it's examined. But there's no way to lock it from the inside (that would defeat the purpose). The locking mechanism would have to be on the exterior, and there is none in the picture of the XHaler.
When it comes to button placement, the Telescopic has 3 or 4 options on where you can place the button.
And when it comes to battery combinations and overall versatility, you can definitely tell that the XHaler will not be able to compare with the Transformer or Telescopic. It's simply impossible for it to compete in these areas.
Oh yeah, and you can even plug the Telescopic into your WALL OUTLET or into your computer's USB drive (when the Telescopic is available of course). The wall outlet has a regulator that streams the current anywhere from 3 volts to 8 volts and anywhere in between, so now I have to bite my tongue when I said earlier that a GG can't hit 5 volts, because it can. The GG is unmatched, and I say this with CONFIDENCE.
So the lack of a locking mechanism means the button is not durable and reliable. Ok....sure, whatever Dude.
If a bad man comes to hit me, is it my fault that I was not enough protected? Do I had to carry a gun to protect myself?
And I dont like what some people said that its a fault of a man that they are not protected. The fault is on the attacker. We will reverce things here? Is this a matter of this age?
Will we think like animals?
I have patent GG worldwide. But I dont really need a patent if I can proove that design is mine, thats the law everywhere in the world.
And something else. GG is not a battery holder any more. GG is a totally new e-cig with all the improvements I have already made on it. But lets say that its a battery holder. Then why thiefs made the GG and they didnt made the e.g. "SJDXCGH". Its obvious. You copy a succesful product to make money right?
Is it good to be a thief? Are thiefs have their place here? I didnt knew that
5 Volts- without soldier without wires? good luck sucker - yeah right! lol
esmoking, we dont compare GGT or GGTS with this copy. This is impossible!!!!. We just say that the old GG version is copied, thats all.
I refuse to call it a copy until I actually see a Xhaler up close. Oh PS I love corona as well lol
You read my mind. hehe. I don't understand how this is even possible. How can you get either 5 *OR* 6 volts from the same type of batteries (each battery runs at either 3.0, 3.6, or 3.7 volts)? Even if this solderless, wireless resistor existed, wouldn't it have to do *EITHER* 5 volts OR 6 volts? How can it push one or the other at the user's will without some type of regulator or switch to change the voltage? Or without removing the resistor?
with my new "battery" esmoking!! You forgot?![]()
Few things in the thread jump out.
1 - How are you sure the measurements are all exact. Did you get a hold of one and confirm before posting?
2 - It was said that the exploding GG was a setup? Was this confirmed or just conjecture?
3 - Shorting between a body used as a ground and a metal switch that contacts the positive terminal directly causes a direct short. How did it manage to simply turn on the atomizer? (I don't own a GG so I'm trying to figure this one out)
