I gave five stars. I would have given more if possible. I am relatively new to Nicoticket, but have already placed four orders. I may have to try everything he sells. But Clark has always been very quick to answer my questions and provide help when needed. I love the juices and the customer service is beyond amazing.

We'd like to hear from you! This poll is totally about the customer service aspect. This is *not* about which liquid you like, or even if you like the liquid at all... it's more about the total experience... the interactions with staff... etc.

Was the site easy to navigate?

Very easy. Simple and easy on all of or pc's and devices.

Is the information provided on the website complete and accurate?

Couldn't really ask for more

Was your order shipped in a timely manner?

Blazing fast . Ordered late afternoon Thursday and got it Saturday morning .

Communication: How did we do?

They way it's supposed to be.

If there were issues, did we resolve them promptly?

Answers above . This was my first order and they have gained a lifetime customer . They would pretty much have to walk in my home, smack my ol lady, kick my dog, and vape all my stags before I wouldn't order from them again. A true pleasure to deal with . Thanks for the awesome juice and outstanding service .
