I don't know how the customer service could possibly improve from what Nicoticket offers to it's customers. It doesn't matter what these folks are marketing, it's the best customer service I've ever received.
Thread title is wrong. It should not be customer service, it should be how good of a friend. Points are as follows.
1. Clark could charge more for the J. He WON the 2013 ECF and is still much cheaper than his competitors.
2. Clark asks us what juice we want him to make and/or what juice he already made that we would like to see again.
3. Clark is really interested in if we like the J, and if problems arise takes steps to find out what's going on and help us out.
4. Clark is on the forum responding to us, not just about NT stuff, but if I said I got a new pink bicycle, he would say "Sweet bike man"
5. Clark gives away Provaris? what?
6. Clark lets us name his juice.
7. Clark helps out people in need.
8. Clark hooks up the orders. Empty space in the bottle is wasted space to him.
9. Katy is cool when she comes around. I actually get scared when this happens, I'm like "Uh-oh, better tighten it up a bit".
There's probably a bunch more I don't know about. With the prices though, even though they may go up, it's like if you sold a car to your friend. You still have to get money for it, but most people would give a better price to their friend or family than a stranger. Clark gives us the friend price, and family treatment.

100% agree with everything stated above! Looks like i just made regular status and my bottle of Gravity was upgraded, i have yet to try it as all my tanks are full of PBC, CLS and The Virus. Damnit now i need more tanks too, when will it end?!?!?!![]()
