Thread title is wrong. It should not be customer service, it should be how good of a friend. Points are as follows.

1. Clark could charge more for the J. He WON the 2013 ECF and is still much cheaper than his competitors.
2. Clark asks us what juice we want him to make and/or what juice he already made that we would like to see again.
3. Clark is really interested in if we like the J, and if problems arise takes steps to find out what's going on and help us out.
4. Clark is on the forum responding to us, not just about NT stuff, but if I said I got a new pink bicycle, he would say "Sweet bike man"
5. Clark gives away Provaris? what?
6. Clark lets us name his juice.
7. Clark helps out people in need.
8. Clark hooks up the orders. Empty space in the bottle is wasted space to him.
9. Katy is cool when she comes around. I actually get scared when this happens, I'm like "Uh-oh, better tighten it up a bit".


There's probably a bunch more I don't know about. With the prices though, even though they may go up, it's like if you sold a car to your friend. You still have to get money for it, but most people would give a better price to their friend or family than a stranger. Clark gives us the friend price, and family treatment.

Meh. 1 Provari. I was thinking about contacting xxxx juice company and asking for a mod. I mean, I know they give away stuff, but Clark wheeled and dealed helping someone out to get the Provari, and then hooked up DaBucs. That thread made my day. Anywho, gotta go to sleep.

You had a customer for life in me before I even tried your juices. I literally was blown away at the service I was provided even before I had purchased anything. Nicoticket is what every juice vendor should strive to be. Great customer service, great communication, and a great product. I could not ask for anything more from a vendor. Nicoticket is at the top of my list when it comes to customer service!

5 star service every time. Only once was there a mistake on an order and it was resolved immediately, with a little extra added to make up for the error. With my most recent order, I received a shipping notice within 1/2 hour of ordering, and I was surprised and pleased to find a double sized bottle of CB with a "thank you for being a regular" note attached.
Thanks again, Clark and Katy, for providing the BEST customer sevice in the biz, and for restoring this cynic's faith in humanity a little. Love you guys!!

100% agree with everything stated above! Looks like i just made regular status and my bottle of Gravity was upgraded, i have yet to try it as all my tanks are full of PBC, CLS and The Virus. Damnit now i need more tanks too, when will it end?!?!?! :laugh:

If you haven't already, make sure to join CASAA and spread the word so that it doesn't (end, that is!):D

ETA: Oh shoot, I hope that didn't come off as preachy...I just read the 'when will it end' part and that's where my mind went. Just askeared, I guess.

I'm only on my 2nd order, but so far everything is on the up and up. Everything is shipped fast and the overfilled bottles on my first order was a nice touch. Information on the liquids on the website was thorough and helpful. Looking forward to making more orders. :)

The customer service is outstanding. I ordered CLS, then a couple of hours later decided to order Creme Brulee, too. I was surprised with a nice size sample of The Virus. I am so glad because I wouldn't have tried it otherwise, and it's great juice that I will order regularly. Everything I've ordered from Nicoticket has arrived quickly, and has been excellent.
