Boy I went to my prostetist yesterday and all the stuff he did to try to make it better made it worse so I removed everything but the damage is already done and it hurts worse again. They tried to get me in with the doc that operated on my femur and he didn't want anything to do with it. So now they have to try to find another. He looked at the xrays and he specializes in upper leg and hips so he said no way.

You might actually be better off finding someone else to look at it. I wonder if that doc is afraid of some kind of legal action? Be a squeaky wheel Patrick. Keep bugging them until they find you someone who can help you.

I can sit in my house with the curtains closed so no one sees me vaping and watch Nascar. Have to get the windows tinted on the car

That's not right to get a run-around ... hope they get you someone fast so you get some answers.

Yeah they are going to get me one on Monday. It gets really hot at the end at night but I shouldn't have had the prostetist mess with it til it was better. I have to go in and have him unadjust one of the things but everything else was removable.

You know what is sad. I was just as ...... about the crew of Syrians that were forced on Louisiana a few months ago. However, If I knew they were being properly vetted I would instead be more like "Welcome to the US I hope you find a better life."

San bernadino proved they are not vetted though. IF they cant get fiance visa right there is no way they are handling this mass influx right.

Boy, do I ever wish I could adopt that mind set. The less I can do about whatever's coming up, the more tense I get.

I wish I knew how to pass that attitude on to you because I sure would. It makes life SO much easier. I used to worry about things until I figured out that 999% of the things we worry about don't happen anyway. Besides, worrying is wasted energy. I can use that energy doing something else.

Well, here we are at day #7. I'm not dead yet nor close to it. I talked to my brother today and asked about my fur babies. He tells me they are doing fine. He told me that my dog doesn't seem to be depressed, and I'm happy about that. I told him that if the dog did seem depressed, to please take him to play with the other dogs. He was way ahead of me. I do miss them SO much!!

The weather was beautiful down here again today, although it was almost 20 degrees cooler than yesterday with that weak front that passed through. I've been soaking up as much sun as possible before going in to work. I go in, make coffee, and then go find a sunny spot to sit and sip. Yes, the days are getting longer!!

Four more days, and I'll bet my boss waits until the last minute to let me know what's going on. Oh well.....more money for Uncle Sam

It's just unbelievable that anyone can go after any group like this. First it was us smokers being persecuted, then we stop with vaping and they go after that. Seriously?

I wanted to quit. I just didn't think it would work. Nothing else had even lessen the craving. I thought it MIGHT help me cut back a little. I was not prepared for my first real vape to mean my last cigarette. But it was!

Supposedly you can convert most drippers to bottom fed with it.

yeah.....I suppose I should check to see if there is a video on it. Could be simple, but I tend to just shy away from anything that wants me to build or convert. Used to have a very apt T-shirt that said.......I'm mechanically inclined, I screw up everything!
