This has nothin to do with anything we've been chatting about, here, but is rather a response to a post in a different
thread I read (but rarely post in)

.
I ordered something online which was to be delivered Priority Mail (2 day) from CA to VA. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday, and I was super excited cuz it was shoes an lil birds love new shoes! Thursday morning, at O-dark-thirty, the tracking said it was at Merrifield VA, and would be delivered that day. At 10:30, the mailman came. No package. I looked at tracking again: still said Merrifield, but also said it was in Houston, TX -- with the exact same time stamp! Clever, that! So I called the USPS customer service line (Heaven help those folks. They are busy!). "Oh!" said Rep. Sharon, "I've never seen that before!" Then, "Oh! Your tracking number has been used many times, as recently as last week. Usually there's 9 months between uses!" Then, "Oh! Here's a picture of your package. Yes, it was physically scanned...Could be in either city!" Rep. Sharon called both PO's and left messages (cuz no one answered the phone) and then emailed the Consumer Affairs folks with my phone number. No one called, but I didn't expect them to. Yesterday morning, tracking said the package was in Houston, and was out for delivery. At around 11:00AM, a postal worker rang our doorbell with my package. Somehow, it managed to get from Houston to VA in a few short hours! So, for those wondering what happened to the key to the Tardis, mystery solved!
I told ja this didn't have anythin to do with anythin!
