Have you tried calling the ins co & speaking directly to them about the exact reasoning behind the denial? How about climbing their supervisory ladder?

I'm actually just kinda keeping tabs on what is happening. My beloved is actually handling everything at the moment. She's been keeping me in the loop so that I can step in if she gets to the point where she doesn't want to deal with it anymore. I know that she's spoken with a handful of people at the specialty pharmacy and the insurance company, and she's been taking notes of everyone she's spoken to. If it comes down to it, we'll have all of the facts and information to push harder. :)

Unlike the Facebook Film Petition, a comma may have been appropriate (between the words "fantastic" & "as is a deaf dude."). ;)

Moreover, I'm pretty sure it was just a brain fart on Debadoo's part, anyway. Happens to me ALL THE TIME! I probably need MORE NICOTINE!:vapor: :lol:
Yep, a comma would have helped. You're in good company with the brain farts. I've know @Debadoo for 3 years now. Catch my drift?

    I hear it's popular to use nowadays in place of 'baby'. It may mean 'before anyone else'. But,the fact that it sounds so much like 'baby' is what reminds people to keep saying it.
    And in my opinion (no offense to those that use the term, if any exist on the porches) it is a sign of the laziness (and even disrespect) of the smart phone generation. Seriously, they can't type one extra letter and use a real word?
    Rant over. Sorry, that "word" bugs me more than anything else that kids say these days.:D

    Except that's not what Matt's post says. You quoted it but then when you rewrote it you wrote something different than what Matt had written. Read Matt's post again, and read it right this time! :)
    I've been trying to avoid my grammar hat, but in all fairness there is a missing comma that would have assisted with the meaning. When speaking, there would have been a pause before "as is..." so there should be a comma there to represent that pause.

    As Gary can attest, I am not innocent as regards policing others' use of written language, but let's be a bit more merciful, OK?
    I apologize for seeming to be critical. I was simply trying to point out the reason that it was so easy for Debadoo to read that sentence the wrong way. It was not my intent to come across as an, umm, donkey. Sorry.

    I second that!!!

    I was a Secondary Education English major at one time in my life. I don't care if people make mistakes. I definitely make my share! The only thing that gets under my skin is grown-ups typing like they are tweens or teens.

    R U going 2 B there? :-x
    This too!!!

    I don't think anybody's intent was to be critical of either the writer or the reader, just pokin' fun in general. The written word is almost always hard to understand because there is no audible inflection, as with the spoken word.

    I definitely agree with all who said that "new slang" (s'up, ax me, etc.) and using "emogies" (sp? Ha, Ha, the dictionary doesn't even have a suggestion for that!)
    to communicate really :evil::evil::evil: :lol::lol::lol:!!!
    (That's funny right there! I don't care who ya are!)
