I've been watching for those & the 40w to go down in price also.

With all the new, feature-rich stuff out there, I'm surprised the 30 hasn't gone down. I actually found the 40 at a lower price than the 30 is at most places.

Look at the IVP d2, which has a changeable battery or onboard charging. Or the istick 40w which just has onboard charging.

I checked out both of those, thanks... I like the 40 for the size. Believe I'll just think on it for a while and get familiar with all the new stuff out there.

lol, thanks legs. I do like the VTC mini for the changeable batt. and versatile TC (should I decide TC might be for me).

Microsoft Security Essentials is what my son puts on any computer/laptop when he sets them up.

MSSE is what I use and recommend, as mentioned, for Win7. (the last truly good Win OS) Go to microsoft dot com to find it.

Do get Malwarebytes too. I think there's still a free version of it....

Definitely. I use M'bam and Ccleaner as a start to clean up infected computers... go to download dot com to find them both. I boot into 'Safe mode w/ networking' on an infected machine, install those two from a USB drive, then update them. M'bam does a good job of finding the bad stuff, ccleaner is good for cleaning up the Registry afterwards.

I, too used M/B & MSE when I had Win7, but now with Win 10 it's Defender along with M/B.....doin a good job, I might add.
Still think that XP was the best and most user-friendly OS with Win7 coming in second.

Oh, and am loving all the music videos.....spent a lot of time on them this morning.

Off topic and selfish - got our ring times for the dog show next weekend. Sat Jan 23, 11 am, we should be in shortly after (3 dogs of another breed before us). Looks like just Geordi and his brother Khan (Trekkers in this litter!). Sun, Jan 24, 9 am after 3 other breeds, 15 total dogs. Both days Ring 12. 1 point possible if we beat brother. But if we beat brother and get Best of Winners over the 4 girls, 3 point major! Hahaha! (need 2 majors, winning over a certain number of beasts, and total of 15 points for Champion title). Actually, if he is not a dork and lets the judge examine him and does not drag me around the ring I will be OK. He is a nice boy and we need ring time for training.

Nothing selfish about this at all. It's interesting knowing what's going on with Geordi. I hope he behaves for you, and if not, you're going to love him anyway!

She's in hospice but seems to have plateaued (sp). Neither improving nor getting worse. They have told use that this could last a while. They've seen people last for several years at this stage. Honestly the unspoken wish (until now) is that she doesn't because it's not much of a life. We are confident enough that we are going back to Virginia to finish moving on the 20th . Thanks for asking, everybody's support and concern is greatly appreciated.

Glad to hear she's at least doing well enough for you to make the trek to VA. The sooner you get back there the sooner you can finish up and get back to FL for good.

In fact, vaping would also be banned in places that are currently exempted by the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act such as, for example, bars, tobacco shops, and other private businesses. This bill does not provide an exemption for vapor retail shops. Moreover, there is troubling language in this bill suggesting that even possession of a vaping device would be prohibited in “smoke-free” areas.

Sorry to hear about the hamstrings @Iffy. My daughter broke her foot and went into a foot brace today to immobilize it. Dr. wants her off her foot for eight weeks...yeah with three kids five and under. I can help what I can, but I'll be OOT for a week in the middle of this at Sleuth Fest in Deerfield Beach. Sheesh...the complications of life.

You Tube channel Suck My Mod has a video with a shop owner in FL that discusses this. He does a lot getting advocacy info out. The Senator that put the bill up got the idea from a school kid. Apparently he asks for ideas for bills on his website & chose this one.

Have any of you ever used Mom and Pop Vapor Shop? They have a couple of side filling carto tanks that I think might make my divers more useful. I just have never heard of them before.

Never used em, but hung out in their forum some about 3 years ago. Never heard a bad word against em, and mom and pop were very active in the forum. Everyone loved em! They used to give a 30% off code for your birthday when you posted it was your birthday, dunno if they still do that, and it's supposed to be good forever. I got a 50% one for some reason. Haven't used it yet, but still have it. Some of their juice sounded so good.
