oh no, I know that darlin! I was just thinkin that what Kenna had meant was that she and I finally got together......dunno that though. We'd wanted to last week, but I couldn't get my sleep schedule right. Was goin to bed around noonish and getting up in the evening.

Sure, but in Texas the easiest way to not answer a question is to blame the US Gov't. Very few question such a response. When you repeat something that falls into that category that you've been told by someone else, you've made a political comment whether you realize it or not.

I don't think there's any actually rational way to conflate Obamacare with a decision to go work for the US Gov't.

Personally, I encourage debate .. it's the American Way .. Free Speech and all that .. maybe some of you have heard of it .. oh, wait, it's the 2nd Amendment that gets all the press ..

not an expert on it by any means, but that's what I was told as to the reason, had problems with all the insurance changes. Don't deal with that at the VA.

The VA had to hire lots more doctors because they were woefully understaffed.

Well, to be honest, I think if any of the major Hospital chains were put under the same scrutiny as the VA and thus used as a Political Football, I don't know how many private systems would come out unscathed .. my experience has always been great, and I go out of my way to thank the folks at the Center .. including doing some voluntary stuff during the Holidays .. IOW, I Talk the Talk and I do, in fact, Walk the Walk ..

Yep most of the jobs with the best benefits are paid for with tax dollars.
