Sleeping time. G'night, porch peeps. Sweet dreams!
He's not easy to disued. He thinks a thump on the nose is a challenge to attack.
Me too, please!Somebody pm me the name of the vendor please? I delete vendor emails unless I'm in the mood to shop.
YES!I think he will get it right this time and I have plenty of time since the VA has decided to treat my Hep C they loosened the requirements and you don't have to be dying to get it. That takes 12 weeks we were planning on making our annual trip in June but that sets it back to July. I am going to ask them if I can get it for sure if I waited till Sept but otherwise I am not going to miss my chance at the 100K treatment with a 99.6% chance of clearing it.
I've recently discovered spaghetti squash. It's quite good. Then you would like my spaghetti made from zucchini![]()

I had a similar problem. Couldn't get in to change password, never got an email to change password. Finally submitted a ticket and was told to create a new account, which I did. When you purchase a lot (my #1 vendor) they give you special status and reduced pricing. I was told my status was reinstated, but I see the same prices whether logged in or not. The day after the birthdate deadline I found the email about adding it in my spam folder. I went in and put in my birthdate. I think my account works, but don't think I have special status. I will write them again to check on it. But the prices are lower now than they were with special status before, so I guess I should not complain. I have had excellent service from them for several years.*Rant.* Skip over if ya aren't in the mood
A vendor upgraded their website and, quite considerately, notified folks who had an account that they were launching a new one. Old account info would be ported over, but all passwords needed to be reset. Then, another of their emails said a DOB would now be required and had to be entered by a certain date or you wouldn't be able to log in. Launch date came; site didn't work (to be expected. Happens.). Launch date plus 1 came; site still didn't work. Plus 2, issues with certain browsers; suggestion made to use a different browser (?!). I gave up and figured I'd wait until issues were fixed and the site was stable. So yesterday I tried to log in and do password reset. No go. Tried to set up a new account. No go - my email address was already on file. Waited another day and tried again. Nope. So I sent an email and asked that they delete my email addy. They did, which I appreciated, but evidently they were unhappy about it. It seems that I needed to have entered my DOB by the 25th to prevent this issue. What? I'm the customer, their site didn't work, and it's my fault? Somehow this is not a feel good experience for me. * Rant over. I feel better, now.
I know, Clnire; I probably have 2400mls of their juice in the juice drawers. It's good stuff! I shouldn't complain, either, but a tired child is a cranky child and I was very tired! I'm sorry to have ranted about something so trivial! First world problems, eh?I had a similar problem. Couldn't get in to change password, never got an email to change password. Morning Gracie. I had a great time last evening. Hope you did too. Have a great day and try to slow down just a little bit so you won't be so pooped tonight.

I didn't post it on the thread because the vendor makes wonderful juice and I didn't want to besmirch their good name. I was frustrated that I couldn't log in even after trying all of the suggested workarounds. The vendor undoubtedly added the DOB requirement to satisfy a regulatory requirement. I get that. And whomever did the work on the website couldn't (or didn't) figure out a workaround. I get that, too. But I'm older than I once was and, evidently, get frustrated more easily!I realize we don't like to post negative remarks about vendors, but is that the only reason you didn't post it on the thread.......I would like to know which vendor it is, also.![]()

I understand, I get frustrated too. I did plan ahead and placed 2 orders before the changeover because I figured there would be problems. Knowing them, however, I know they will be worked out. Any major software change is rough. I also know the man himself was working on the new site.I know, Clnire; I probably have 2400mls of their juice in the juice drawers. It's good stuff! Geordi says "woof wwoo" (that's thank you in Geordi speak)!Happy birthday, Geordi! May all your dreams come true!

I PM'ed a few of you a vendor name that just updated their website and required re-setting passwords. Mine went smoothly and no request to enter a birthdate. It's not the same vendor Little Bird has trouble with.
