Has anyone done the last update with windows 10? It was today or yesterday. I did mine and it completely disabled Chrome. I finally ran it as administrator and it was ok IDK what happened but when I ran it as administrator it updated Chrome in some way and it's back. There are no other users on this computer.

Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones, but I've not had any problems at all with Win10.....all updates are good!
One thing I do check periodically are all my privacy settings.....with this last update they remained the same as I chose.
Did you do the update I think it was today but maybe yesterday. Go to your power settings like you were going to shut it down or restart and see if it says update and restart or update and shut down..

Updated yesterday.....I think that I've not had any problems because we bought the computer already with Win10 on it.

You purchased yours with Win10 on it too, right?

@oldbroad , Get well soon sweetheart!!!

@2legsshrt , Yup, I had the same problem with "adult beverages" and I think what you said was DAMN funny!!!

@2legsshrt & @classwife , are you talking about the "Onedrive" update? That happened yesterday for us and took about 3 or 4 minutes but didn't mess anything up. I just had to wait to get into Google & GC until it finished loading. I did have some mega problems a few days ago, especially with cripplingly slow load speed. I called our IP and they walked me through some very interesting things. First (forgive me, I don't recall exactly how to do this) they had me go into the control panel and go to "settings", "update & security", "advanced options", "choose how updates are delivered" and turn that switch to "OFF". (Actually, I did pretty good at remembering. My nic level must be just about right, ha, ha!) If you read the paragraphs that are in the default setting, you will see that MS has hidden a little detail in there that most don't know about. "Windows updates and apps on your local network OR OTHER COMPUTERS ON THE INTERNET" (!!!) meaning that MS is using YOUR computer to "piggyback" apps and updates to whoever in your area (or elsewhere, I guess) needs them. This not only slows YOUR computer down, it counts AGAINST YOUR upload limit. THANKS MS!!! They also helped me defeat MS Edge from opening up as my default browser when I open links in my WLM. Me so happy, now!!! :D :D :D Hope this helps. I know it did for us. ;)

YEAH! Glad it worked for you too, Semi!!!

Danged if we haven't missed all of "Designated Survivor". We REALLY wanted to see that show and now that it's two episodes in (no Netflicks or On Demand here) I don't know if it will make sense. I get the basic jist of it but you know how it goes, ya gottta see it from the start or WTH??? Blindspot is pretty good this season but American Horror Story has been a little slow getting going. I think Black List starts tonight.

Call me cynical but somehow I imagine they will leave all pertinent details out and simply say "Holes suddenly appear in body of vaper!"
Yup! I expect to hear, "Vaping leads to death by ventilation!". Thankfully, I haven't heard any more about it and San Diego doesn't seem to have followed Charlotte's lead, thank god!

I had enough for several people, so if anyone didn't get theirs, I probably drank it.:D
I had to laugh. Most places were giving FREE coffee today. Just about everybody..... EXCEPT Starbucks!!!
(C'mon guys! REALLY!!!)

Well I thought it was going to. I have to make some juice, I mean it's not imperative but I wanted to and wanted to go on the HO and I've got my little jobs to perform here too. So I might be hanging out making juice unless I'm not I went a head and let the computer upstairs upgrade also so we'll see. I made sure that switch was off. It already was on that one but it was on on this one.
