Yep I set it up to record, but when it came on just had to watch. Think I'm going to like it. Interesting premise and I've already wondered about such a thing happening, but not on this scale.
We loved 24. We got into that one about year 3 because I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. We rented the 1st year and ended up marathoning the rest. I get frustrated waiting a whole week to see the next show so I'm going to DVR this series so we don't miss any.
Oh, and remember the Keiffer's show Touch? I really liked that one, but it didn't last.

We have someone that makes it for us - hers is sweet of a sorts. As you continue to eat it the heat builds up. For example a singular biscuit with the jelly will not send you running for a drink to cool you off, but several might...

Loved it!! We never got into 24 because with all the travel we would miss several episodes and just couldn't catch up. May have to download it and do a binge one of these days.
Hum, never had jalapeno jelly either..... But jalapenos aren't really my thing. I never say never, however!
Many years ago we were in a local favorite bar for New Years. Come midnight a friend (?) bought everyone a round of what he called "Green Monkey"s. Came flaming. He looked at me and said "I dare you". Of course I downed the shot, and proceeded to immediately loose everything I had eaten for the last week all over the bar. He apologized for many months, said he didn't think I would do it. Well, it wasn't pretty!

You have done a fine job with the transition to a foreign country. After experiencing Canadian culture, Chinese culture will be a cinch.
