Context can be everything .. if I had substituted "I applaud the entrepreneurial ability of these folks" .. I think I did raise the neck fur on some .. and that's fine .. it's good for us to be challenged ... if the adoration of an object holds sway because of a certain mystique, beauty, pride of ownership, etc, I get that, it's what I do ..

Ken, sorry your printer acted up, hope it's all working now.
We had the right person in the hangout to help Kay over the phone......and got them hooked up with each other. Kay is fine now and has a plan, and hopefully tukii will get the hang of it. and jup kathy, some never do, be they human or not. Mine never did.

well... 3D printer woes again... now the filament is not feeding, so before I go to bed, get to dissemble the print head. again. and see if it can be fixed.
After hanging out with great company into the wee hours early Saturday morning, I was thinking about going to sleep but was more hungry than tired. Big salmon steaks spritzed with olive oil, cooked in a fry pan with a small amount of panko on the flesh side only. Moderate amounts of ginger and rosemary. Couldn't eat one. (Ate them both.)
Well I see there are a couple of nightowls in the hangout hanging out. To join or not to join, dat's de question??

And here is a deer in my back yard a couple a three days ago.
Woke up around midnight and having trouble getting back to sleep. Thinking about going up soon and giving it another try.
Been checking out Wordpress and thinking about creating a website. It's a little more complicated than I thought but, I'll figure it out if I decide to do one. Google and YouTube are your friends.
The deer is quite cool. I would think having so many would preclude having any type of garden?

Welp. After 3 hours of troubleshooting, I decided that the darned thing just don't want to print on one side of the plate... Then I had a brilliant idea... Let's reprint that first test print!
Worked like a charm, so... Conclusion: the spirocoasters I downloaded from thingiverse were crap.
Going to go to bed now and work on other things tomorrow.

Spent yesterday afternoon touring the Lowes and Homedepot looking for drawer pulls for the new kitchen cabinet. After looking at dozens and dozens - no joy. Janet still can't find one's she likes. I suppose it's 'online' shopping next.
This is where I buy a lot of my hardware online - good prices and I have never had issues with them.

Edit: Let me add - when you order knobs - please make sure you buy standard sizes - I made the mistake several years ago and bought a non-standard size because I like the design and later when I needed to replace them - it was a real pita to find the same size...
