The outcome? I made sure it was recorded that the person had flat out lied about a delivery attempt and the nonsense there was no secure place to leave it. Demanded delivery today....it just arrived and was tucked neatly between storm door and front door.....not visible from the street/sidewalk !!!

Iffy...couldn't find the Canon SX600HS....

I don't know 'nutting 'bout who makes a good camcorder but I like this one better as it records at full HD 1080p not 720p of the Samsung and has image stabilization. It does use the tiny micro SD cards though if'n you don't like handling tiny things.

Maybe I'll call the doctor Monday and ask why she has me on so much iron. Just part of building me up because of the surgery? Or, was I anemic while I was in the hospital?

Just in case.

Sounds like a plan. I believe there are different types of iron that you can take and one of them isn't supposed to give you the constipation issues. Maybe that's just BS, but I was told that once years ago by someone in the medical field. Can't even remember who it was anymore. Might be worth asking about.

I'm discouraged from eating watermelon because of the sugar. And, I'm forbidden from eating liver because of the fat content. Between being diabetic and having heart problems, I can't eat a whole lot!

When I was to low to donate blood, the guy told me to use a cast iron skillet to cook in a couple of times a week and that would take care of my low iron. Has anyone else heard this? (cast iron is not just for attitude adjustments)

I just take one iron supplement every other day and my levels have been doing ok.

I just bought a bicycle. Tried out two, and got myself all sweaty. I have not been getting much exercise, and trying to starve myself to prevent weight game. And when I don't eat regularly, I get depressed. Nasty downward spiral. It is a bit smaller than full-size, so I don't get acrophobia. Nice springs on it for rough roads, and it has a lady's seat.

That is especially effective with tomato products. The acid in the tomatoes picks up the iron more efficiently.
