I liked when I could see the likes I received at the bottom of the post. Kinda like feedback or validation that folks were reading your posts and not just skipping over them. Guess my insecurity wis showing a little bit.

It is there, Matt, just hard to see. Down at the bottom of the post, in faint lettering, below the poster's name, time of post and the "Report" option.

That particular day-glo green is REALLY hard to read! In addition to it being a really light color, it casts a shadow.

Actually the whole flippin' forum is hard to read. Like staring into the sun! :(

Hey, I just noticed that if you click on the Alerts button in the upper right hand corner the list of "likes" shows up. Then on the left side of the screen there are 27 choices and you can click on "likes received" and you get at least the 1st line of the post so you know what the like was for. Guess there's more than one way to find things it's just figuring out how to get there.

Oh no, that's awful. I'm not having any trouble with brightness. I've got a MacBook Pro so maybe it's handling it better than other devices? I have a setting that I could change the brightness of the page, but haven't had to adjust it at all.

Doing good,Janet and it's great to see ya too:) Hope you and Mike are doing well.

We're doing very well. We now have a 4 month old grandchild so life is quite interesting for us lately. Mike's out fishing and I'm cleaning and doing laundry - getting ready to have a house guest for about a month (between selling her house and buying a new one in another state) We're choosing new cabinets and counters to get our kitchen re-done so that's exciting. So, we're pretty busy and it's all good!

So glad you two are doing so well. I got a bunch of them grandkids. One's a new State Tropper and she's a gal.

I'm not experiencing the "too bright" phenomenon that many of you are experiencing. I'm guessing that's because for years I've had my monitor brightness set at 28 on the 0-100 scale.

Ohhh, nice! I just reached under my monitor and the menu has "internet" and has shaded this forum very nicely.
Top right corner of Firefox browser has a menu for type size and I went up to 120%- nice!
