oh gotchya, couldn't figger out email, cuz I don't want email alerts, don't check my email all that often, and don't use a cell, so wasn't thinkin bout dat. :D

How/where do you find your list of Watched (Subscribed?) threads? All of them. So you can actually see what you are watching...
Same place, watched threads, but there is a tab at the top of that page that says view all threads. or maybe it's at the bottom, but it's there somewherz

Since I can't remember your location - and that now requires extra clicks to find out - no. :glare:

Speaking of new and different - so we can get away from being gulled into lifting heavy objects - can't figure out how/where to find a list of threads I'm subscribed to. The only option I can find in my settings is this one:

https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/watched/threads

And that option only shows you threads with unread posts:

Unread Watched Threads

Duh - nevermind.

You have to select that "watched threads" option - which is really "watched threads with new posts but not really all your watched threads". Then if you are really really observant - and don't have glaucoma issues - you might spy at the bottom left of the "watched threads with new posts" list - in teeny tiny type - blue text on a blue bar no less - an option that reads:

Show all watched threads

How is everybody on the Porch doing? Coming up on 3 months smoke free soon. It's strange how it's harder 2-3 months later than it was on day two. Still on the right path though. One month from now will be 10 years sober.

I've added a few different juices to my usual rotation of stuff from Vape Wild. The tobacco flavors from Nite Lite are all excellent, IMO. Their RY4, Gold and Renegade really hit the spot for me.
Congrats on the 3 months! Sounds like you're powering/flavoring your way through the cravings. Good job! A big part of what makes vaping work so well is the distraction of lots of flavors, lots of colors, lots of shiny!

Hey Flower - I really like your new Avi...
Me too!

I'll have to look at the ones I put on my wishlist. I have a couple of Nano's now with the single airhole & I was told at least one of them is authentic, (although they look identical to me), but I get plenty of airflow for me. I kinda slipstream & do lung hits anyway, but even w/o slipstreaming I get enough airflow. Here are the ones I put on my wishlist. Looking at them again, kinda having second thoughts. :| $21.32 Replacement Base for 22mm Kayfun Lite Plus V2 (5-Pack) 5-pack - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
There are so many versions of the KF! I hesitate to buy parts because they don't always say which KF they go to or will fit.

For example, the KF bases that you linked to are KF Lite Plus V2 bases; but, the Bell Cap Kit says it's compatible with Kayfun 3.1, Kayfun Lite, Kayfun Lite Plus, Russion 91%. But, it still fits/works ok?

And, many of the KF parts on FT don't even give nearly that much information. So, I hesitate to just grab a part that may not fit what I have or just grab parts to mix'n'match.

Any advice on what does and does not match?

Been away for a few days. Visiting with a WWII vet (friend), he's 91 and may not be with us much longer...hate to say that. Enjoyed the visit, but nice to be home again.
I'm so glad you got a chance to visit while you still can.

My experience with those kinds of parts from FT... has all been positive (well, mostly!) All of the ones I've gotten have been fully interchangeable with my EHPro and Tobeco clones, the V2+, V1 and 3.1. The parts have been various bases, M type tanks, caps (although not the domed one, haven't tried it), replacement center poly (PMMA) tubes.

One base did need some slotting out of the juice channels, and came without the air adjust screw, but I tend to either have them fully retracted or out anyway :)

Those are different than the ones I got so I can't speak about the air holes. The look a little larger but can't really tell until you have it in hand.

jup that's the one :p

I don't care how many glitches there are or how long it takes to get it all going correctly. I may get irritated or grumpy. That's ok. I get to be here with my porch family so I can put up with all the changes. Hugs to everyone!!
totally agree......hugs back!

There are so many posts I wanted to respond to. But, they disappeared into multi-quote neverland. So, I'll just say:

Janet, I'm so glad you're feeling better! That sounded very scary.

To the new person that joined (whose post I now cannot find), welcome to the Porch!

To all those who have been away and dropped in to say Hi!, welcome back! Now, all we need is for Cave and Jewels to drop in.

Meet Me in St Louie Louie
Some days back, Pre-Threadageddon, I mentioned I would tell about the changes I've been going thru over the last few months .. I don't know if anyone is really interested, but I'll start writing a bit since I have a little time .. My sincere apology for not keeping up with things here, which, lately, has caused me to simply jump in .. I feel a little rude doing so, but the Thread moves at a fairly quick clip at times ..

We've come to know each other, at least those that have been hanging around for a while now .. I really don't know how much "history" each of us retains from long past posts / stories .. I am cursed with an exceptionally good memory (at least for now) .. so I do tend to remember many of the stories, histories, etc that have been presented since we began this Journey .. and I generally choose to remember, if I can, since, as I've said in the past, I don't have a lot of Family left and I suppose I may be doing a degree of living vicarously thru thread posts, as sad as that may sound .. it's really not sad at all ..

At any rate, over 10 years ago, my Doctor advised me to quit the Sound Business .. this was soon after the first heart attack, and his logic was very good .. the stress created by doing this kind of work is pretty high .. you worry about equipment failure during a show, you have to deal with quite a few obnoxious folks, you're always on a time schedule that must be kept .. it's a long list .. I still had a couple of side businesses that I could devote more time to .. I have never thought of retirement, since what I do allows you to work as long as you can / want to ..

I'm probably at the point where boredom is setting in and I'm putting people to sleep .. but, there is more story, if anyone wants to read it ..

My cyber-friend, if possible, please tell him that he has a secret and awed admirer! So do you (well up until now)!

As a side note (with my passionate respect for our past and 'fading' vets), I was assigned as the Honor Guard pall bearers NCOIC for two months while stationed at Lowry AFB (Denver) back in the early '70s.

My most heart wrenching experience during that period was burying the last Spanish-American War vet. His minister was absolutely remarkable! With only one surviving family member, a sister on her death bed in Connecticut, the minister addressed his eulogy to the Honor Guard. Ever try to impeccably fold and present a memorial USA flag with tears running down your face? According to the minister, the triangular flag was to be placed in his church sanctuary.

Our bus trip back to the base was the most solemn during those two unforgettable and ever so rewarding months.
Oh God, I LOVE our honorable vets; past, present and future!

So glad ya dropped in on us again. Don't be a 'stranger'!

Since our friend did not die of a heart attack, I think that his life was extended at least an extra two years from all the positive energy!

Ken,

Absolute lovely and poignant story!

ETA: BTW, the SAW vet was a Corporal.

I have never thought of retirement, since what I do allows you to work as long as you can / want to ..

If ya can do what ya love and want (without obvious health risks), there is no such infliction as work!

I'm probably at the point where boredom is setting in and I'm putting people to sleep .. but, there is more story, if anyone wants to read it ..

When have ya ever been accused of being boring??? Probably not even by your self-perceived 'failures'... (I know, kinda personal; sue me)

Oh BTW, we had to move your recliner closer to da ol' porch top step rail (been gettin' crowded lately)!
