Oh, and I think that they really need to ban cell phones - I just had to get mine replaced because the battery was overheating to the point where the phone was too hot to touch. So I wonder if we shouldn't run some panicky articles about how dangerous the phones are? ;)

Add another to the compromised card list :grr: Was going to pay a couple of bills and checked the online statement before I started. Found 2 small phishing charges for my card. Got on the phone with the bank and was informed they had spotted it and froze my card.

Fortunately our bank is one that can directly issue a new card. I just need to go in the morning, sign the paperwork and pick up a new card. This is the 3rd time in 2 years that either hubs, myself or both of us has had to get a new card due to this :censored:.

sheesh... don't come onto the forum for a DAY, and too many posts to read... just skimmed...

Good news amoret!
If you'd like to know when we begin to accept pre-orders you can go to our website www.tiko3d.com and sign up to receive a notification.

This the one you have, Ken?
the one I have right now is the Overlord Pro.. bit pricey at over $1000
the TIKO is on it's way. The reason I recommend it is price, build size and apparent ease of use. you get a LOT of good features for less than $200.

Dancin called me earlier and sounded wonderful!!! They're giving her lots of pain meds, so she's actually not feeling too bad she said. She's been up and showered and doing ok. Workin on those coughs! It did my heart so much good to hear how good she sounded!!

My son on the other hand told the doc today that they've got to move his foot surgery up or do something else to get control of this pain from the bone spur on the bottom of his feet. He's on his feet 11-13 hrs a day so this aint workin for him having to wait til Aug 3, so the docs gonna call him tomorrow to see if they can move it up or do steroid shots or something.

Morning porchers!

Deb..glad to hear about Dancin'!Hope your son's doc does something for him!

Yesterday the temp. was pushing over 80 F., right now it's in the 40's!! Sheesh!!

Stopped at two different libraries yesterday to get the books that Willie recommended...didn't have any of them, but got three other ones by B. Cornwell. I like those "period' novels, such as GOT, Tudors, The Virgin Queen ( Iffy n Matt...leave that one alone!:D) They're SUCH bad boys!

I'll have to do a new family portrait, now, since I did this one before I got the MVP3. Not that I'm an innokin fan or anything...

LOL....one of my all time favs.

Hey......glad to see everybody is hanging in there and that Dancin' is doing all right and amoret is on the mend as well. I'm happy to see that.

I spent the night last night at the hospital with Dad. They had moved him out of ICU. Dear God, I had forgotten how much a person does NOT rest in a hospital. Dad was a model patient. I think he would have been fine without me, but the "peace of mind" was mostly for his wife, and I guess for me too. He and I were tired this morning from the traffic in and out of the room all night long. SHEESH!! He and I had a really nice visit WITHOUT the television for half the night. That was nice.

He's on the mend. He cracked jokes with staff all night and was talking about steak. The bleeding has stopped, and they finally let him have some scrambled eggs and grits for breakfast this morning and got him walking. My step-mom was in bright and early at 8 with her blanket, walker, and ice packs. Bless her darlin' heart!! You just can't keep a retired nurse down.

Me, I'm beat to hell and DO NOT feel like going in to work tomorrow, but I'm not leaving in the wee hours like I usually do. Phoey on that. I'm going to bed after I post this and will get there when I get there. I'll catch y'all on the flip side. :D
Glad your dad is on the mend, and hope you get some quality sleep!

So glad to hear about D and her continued recovery! Sure hope your son gets the relief he needs.

Good morning all! Glad to hear Dancin is doing so well. Sure hope they do something for your son Deb. That must be hard to be on his feet all the time with a sore foot!

And Roto, hope this stint goes fast, but nice to hear your father is doing well.

Well "Hello" all. Today is the very first time I have not been up before or as soon as I heard daddy stirring.

I was sleeping so good when Rachel barked at something and woke me up. Good thing because I guess he was waiting on his breakfast. I tell you I have spoiled him and I love it.

Took hubby to the doctor yesterday and finally the antibiotics are kicking in and he is feeling better. Mastoids can be scary. I am just glad he went and they found it. So I am grateful.

It is sunny and beautiful right now but I feel the rain. Grrrr But that's okay. I am still H A P P Y. . .

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
