Regarding the "difference" between variable voltage and variable wattage, here's an absolute truth that may help illustrate where the difference lies:

The quality of the vape is identical. You cannot tell from the taste, feel or any other aspect of your vaping experience whether a vv/vw device is set on watts, or set on volts.

Others have stated the reasons why many (including myself) prefer to set watts rather than volts, but none of those reasons create a difference in vape quality.

Yep your right. Really the difference is in how you adjust it. I went vw because there's no need to adjust wattage as your battery drains or when switching out tanks with different resistance. Vw you pretty much set it and forget it. I do switch wattage for some juices.

The other half gets paid Friday, and HDV has some supplies I could really use, and I thought I would try their Applewood Tobacco. Anybody tried that? It sounds kinda good.

That's wonderful to know, because of course that's what I was after, the perfect vape so I can quit spending money on new toys!

I have three Davide minis, and none of them have ever leaked.

In the pic, you can see the leakage... It rolled down when I flipped it.. The second pic there shows where I have traced the leak to. The seam where they meet. Strange thing is that I have no decernable difference between any of the three, yet does not leak.

Does anyone here have any "inside" info on when we might get "View First Unread" back? Going to the last page and paging back from there is getting old really fast, especially as fast as this thread and two other long ones I follow keep growing. I've been following the site feedback page, and as a retired techie I'm sympathetic about upgrade issues, but it really is a problem.

Different juices react differently to different power settings so it's kind of a "play it by ear" game.

Banana cream pie, Butter pecan and Cinnamon bun from MBV. I lower wattage on them 7.5 to 8.0 but not all that much. It's more for flavor. Virgin Vaper caramel creme I drop on too.

Hi all, just wanted to know if there is an extra Adrionac chair out here for a (kind of) old guy! I turn 52 tomorrow, so figure I may fit in a bit. That and right now Average White Band is playing on my ipod and hey, anyone who even knows who they are should qualify for old, right?

Anyhow, this is my second round of vaping to stop analogs. The first time lasted about a year and for some stupid reason I went back. Currently I'm down to 4-5 analogs a day from a pack and a half and plan on getting rid of them with other thr methods which will replace those other alkaloids I seem to crave (snus and snuff if you want to know).

Just got my diy supplies in and am starting with that tomorrow! I picked up an Inokin MVP and it is by far my favorite device ever combined with the iclear 30s! That and my 24 mg juice keeps me going! Well, back to reading more of this thread and trying to catch up...

I know who AWB is!!! You're actually a year younger than me, I'll be 53 in May.

I'm about to embark on DIY too, because my favorite e-juice is out of stock, so I have to make my own, dang it all. But I would have gotten to DIY anyhow, I already started mixing up premade juices; it's fun!

Welcome, and all that, and good luck with the switch; I just did it myself, though I wasn't a very heavy smoker, just a very long-term one. Surprises the hell out of me, let me tell you!

Since it's coming down the threads, I'd suspect a bad o-ring. Maybe just a speck of dirt under it. Mine's full atm, or I'd look

Good to hear that you're headed back in the right direction. And there are juices with WTA that you can track down. I'm sure someone will chime in with a link

Hi and welcome, kid! I am possibly the world's biggest fan of the iClear 30S. I have used nothing else for over 5 months and have no itch to switch or even investigate anything else.
