Older Folks and Vaping Front Porch - Part 5

Howdy neighbor! I live in Ocala. Well, I have a house there but travel a lot with our business (products for show dogs, the gypsy life). Always nice to have more Florida vapers on the porches.

As already stated, past signs are fine, but future ones need to go on the back porch. Hope you continue posting them, they are lots of fun! We all forget where we are sometimes, and it ain't cuz we're old (experienced, seasoned, whatever).

I walked two miles today. Part of the walk was through downtown. I had been told two months ago that there was going to be a vape shop opening up. Friday I was told that it had opened, and where. Went past, and looked in. Not much there, but I see he has LV wire spools. No flavors. Lots of nice regulated mods, saw no mechs. Apparently it is vet-oriented, as one would expect with VA Hospital and military base. Eager to visit, although I CLEARLY have all that I want or need.

Anybody ever tried MFS Tropical Fruit Punch. I bet not but just considering since nothing else is on sale and that would just put me over enough for free shipping. $22 for 125ml whatever strength or viscosity.

I've noticed that most folks when they want to upgrade their daily Vape. It's more power they are going for.
Well with me not right or wrong at all; I just notice that I go for a better Tank. Air Flow, Juice Channels, better Build Deck. I feel that it's not the power, but the device that is asked to deliver whatever.
Just a thought..
What are yours thoughts?

I've noticed that most folks when they want to upgrade their daily Vape. It's more power they are going for.
Well with me not right or wrong at all; I just notice that I go for a better Tank. Air Flow, Juice Channels, better Build Deck. I feel that it's not the power, but the device that is asked to deliver whatever.

During my last major upgrade I looked for ease of use, compatibility and reduced costs over time... Hey if I can cut costs down to a nickel a week and still stay away from the cigs I will, but I don't skimp where it counts - I buy nothing but quality batts and I try to buy gear that has already proven itself across the forum...

Recipe Request

Sometime in the past weeks/months someone posted a recipe for an orange vape. I think it was along the lines of a orange creamcicle or orange vanilla. I also think it might of had a touch of lime or lemon in it.

If you remember it or it was you could you post it up again. Thanks.

I found this one from Bigbells, but don't think it's the one I'm looking for as I don't like menthol.

I used a final PG/VG ratio of 50/50, nic at my usual 18 mg/ml, and the following flavorings to make Dave's Joose #60:
5% FA Orange
3% FA Vanilla Bourbon
1% TFA Menthol
1% TFA Double Chocolate

10% Juicy Orange (Capella)
5% orange cream TFA
4% lemon (TFA)
4% mandarin orange (TFA)
2% Tangerine (Capella)
Lemon juice - 1 drop per 3ml (yep, just the little yellow plastic lemon)
optional- a drop or 2 of sweetener per ml
This is a mix and vape recipe so no steeping is necessary.

To me, more power capability just means my batts last longer since I don't subohm. My Hexes are dual batt & I go 3 or 4 days before swapping batts. If worse comes to worse they can be converted to mechs. I look for quality, reputation, portability, repairabilty, sustainabily, & aesthetics last.

I bought a few Kayfun mini V3 clones - I have thought about buying a couple more - anyone seen any at a really low price besides on Fasttech - not ready to go there yet???

Still China ... but I got a couple of these last month and I'm quite happy with them.

Hard for me to add to this, Sub. I found my sweet spot with my KFV2s, so just got enough of them to, I think, last the rest of my lifetime... and on mods, multiples of the ones I really like as well. And, while a few of those are capable of much more power than this tootler will ever use, as said, extended battery life is a plus.

The lemon and additional orange flavs caught my attention. Most other 'orange', 'orange creams' or 'orangecicle' flavs I've had I got tired off right soon. Your recipe sounds really nice.

Yep your right Kenna that's sort of what I did. I had $12 in points used that $6.60 for shipping. Just like they were on sale so got Ginny 2 more TC40's for $21 each.

I'm ALL about Da Flava

For me I really like the Tobeco Kayfun V5's or STM with SS316L single coil SXmini ML or DNA and TC. But I am really starting to love the DNA boards I can turn them up or down which I like to do as the day progresses and just a one button deal. Oh and once they are heated up I'm using 5-7w. I'm all about the flavor too.
