Ah ha, getting ready to order diy juice supplies. Does it matter whether I use glass or plastic in the freezer for the Nic ? And the rest, pg, vg, flavours.....are they ok at room temp indefinitely? Can get hot here in summer. Was planning on plastic containers and syringes.
I keep my nic in 100ml wide mouth glass bottles when I open a liter. Then I can just pull out one small bottle for mixing h it stays in the cupboard. The unopened liters are in the freezer.
I do not refrigerate flavorings. I've read that manufacturers recommend against it. They stay in a box.

Thanks, FT, looks like enough to share with @amoret! :)

I have some in glass, some in the "original" poly/plastic. While all are suitably padded, they're also in zip lock backs, both in case of a cracked or leaky bottle and as a second air proof layer. Not overly concerned.

Would pouring into a measuring cup be easier for your? Or perhaps a small siphon pump would work?

As mentioned, DO thoroughly agitate/mix the 100 before decanting!
Happy vaperversary, David!

My vapeversary was really the 7th, but my signature is from a British site, and it was easier to use 10/10 dealing with the different mm/dd format.
Happy Vapeversary, Amoret!

So I have a question on re-bottling 100 mg nicotine. This time MFS didn't break down my liter into the smaller glass bottles I bought (despite the request being highlighted and noted "customer service" on the packing slip) so I'm trying to figure out the best way to manage this with my wonky hands. So far my best guess is to use a large syringe for at least the first half and then try pouring through a funnel for the rest, working in/over the sink the whole time. The other idea is to use my lasagna pan on my usual tray table so I don't need to stand the whole time, doing the same syringe first then pouring.

Or, just ignoring the whole thing for now and freezing the entire liter as is, plastic bottle and all. That would also get around having to label each of the smaller bottles. I had so appreciated the first time when they put it in the smaller bottles there and labeled them as well, but I guess it was a bit much assuming that they would be willing to do it again.
First, is it possible to either ship it back to MFS to have it done or to ship it to one of your fellow Porchers? MFS may be willing to do it after a brief email conversation. But, many of us would be just as willing to do it. That is if shipping isn't a problem.

Assuming you have to do it yourself:
Make sure it's mixed well. If you can't shake it up well, you can pour it into one large container and stir it instead. A large saucepan might be good because it's so stable and unlikely to tip over. Unless you have a huge glass measuring cup or something.
Once in a large open container, you can easily use a syringe for all of it. No need to lift at all. And, if it's too much to do all at once, you can cover the container and come back later. Just remember to stir again before you continue.

You can also, of course, just throw the whole thing in a giant freezer bag and put it in the freezer for now and think about it later.

I bought some ceramic heads from eleaf for the Melo III tank I have. I hadn't messed with them till a few days ago, and installed one in the tank. I primed it, filled the tank and let it set for a few hours. It vapes, but has a terrible oil taste to it. I thought maybe it might have some assembly residue on it, so I got out another one and soaked it in vodka for a couple days, then primed it and filled the tank again- same thing. I'm going to try boiling one and see if that makes any difference.

Is there something I am missing on using these ceramic heads ???

I've encountered the same thing with ceramic, not sure what the deal is. I thought some of the Vaparesso cCell heads I bought tasted like oil. Gave up on them, tossed an entire pack. So far, the ones I got from CoilArt seem to be good though.

When I was rebottling I used a measuring cup, the sort you use in the kitchen. Easy to pour into because they are open at the top. Fairly easy to pour from there into the small bottle because the measuring cup has a spout. You only need a small measuring cup, I used the one cup size.

I also made up a simple wooden frame to hold the small bottles steady while I poured. I did it all in a large shallow plastic storage tub in case of spills. If you have shaky hands you might need to use a funnel.

I tried large syringes and funnels and both were so slow I gave up on them. I did use a funnel for a while. If you cut the bottom piece short, just long enough to go into the top of the bottle, the nic will flow a little faster. My nic was in VG. If yours is in PG it would pour more easily.

And if you sit the nic bottle in warm water for a while it will be thinner and easier to pour.

I read a suggestion here once for the stirring part. Put the unopened bottle in warm water in a UC. Only the bottom few inches of the bottle will be in the water but convection will move the liquid up and down so it all gets its turn. Maybe that would work well enough just sitting in a few inches of warm water. Other people said that nic wouldn't separate out anyway, so if it was well mixed by the supplier it would stay that way. So if you use a reputable supplier where they test each batch you should be good.

I sometimes did the UC thing and sometimes not. Never had any problems.

Thanks for the bottling ideas everyone! I do have a giant pyrex measuring cup (it even had a silicone lid, but that's one of the things that haven't shown up again since moving after the fire) so I'm thinking of pouring the whole liter into that, using my handy little cordless mixer to stir it up well, and then using the syringe to transfer from there. They even have large syringes with tubing attached on Amazon - for adding nutrients to hydroponics, apparently. Probably after putting it away in the freezer "as is" for a while. They did ship the liter in a giant bag, so that is fairly well covered.

I did ask MFS if I could at least get the labels, and was told sure, they could send them - with my next order. So not much help there.

I would like to share something i found because i feel sorry for very old people who sit on their porch day after day night after night , what a miserable pathetic life thats got to be , kill me now !!!

Anyway, Ecig .com has the Delta II RBA head on clearance for $ 3.00 & wouldn't you know it i found the entire Joytech Delta II tank on clearance at Eciggity for $9.99 .

The reviews for both of them are outstanding so i jumped on it , maybe some of you would like to also.

Side note : I am not subjecting myself to porch talk at this time , when i am terminally ill with days to live maybe .

My, but the FP is quiet!

I went to the B&M, today, just to visit for a bit. A fair number of people came in, most all of whom bought juice (expected) - and coils (which I didn't expect). The manager told me that coils are selling like hot cakes, since deeming. RBAs, on the other hand, are barely moving. Folks relied on the shop to do their builds, and never learned themselves. Despite being told where to go (on YouTube) to learn, they don't. They just buy coils. Wow.
