Remembering the old stuff and frustrated trying to open a Gorilla bottle,. I guess if you are 30 or younger you would not remember these wonderful tools, had to file the edge a bit but works a treat.

frustrated trying to open a Gorilla bottle

My problem with them was that the hole was so small...that when it had about 1/3 of the ejuice left in the bottle...I'd have to squeeze so hard to get it out that the top would pop off and I'd lose a lot of the remaining ejuice...

Finally...figured out that if I'd just wiggle my handy-dandy ice pick down the hole...that would take care of that...

I'm going through my stash and need people to PIF to. Anyone need anything? I have 'new'/unused full sized Nauti's, iPV D2's, SX mini's, Cloupor mini's, Evic-VTC's, an itaste SVD and a sigelei Zmax. I also have a few open, unused ego type starter kits, with toppers that have strings. If you, or someone you know, are in need, please PM me.

That's some pretty good stuff.

@Uncle Willie, some of this might help you build up that stash you've been talking about.

Seeig some old porchers showing up and thought I'd dredge this up off of page seven to welcome them back. Hi @Myrany and @amoret , good to see you, and anybody I missed, but sorry about the circumstances. :( A lot of the porchers don't seem to be needing much, or have their heads stuck in the sand. Kidding, how many times have we done the stocking thing on here?

@JCinFLA, after all your, and other's, raving about the minifit I broke down and ordered some as they seemed to fit my style of vaping and might fill a niche (travel, evening walks, going to town) for me. Swore I'd NEVER use a pod. Holy cow are they working out great for me. Bought five more with today's sale. Can't thank you enough for "beating my head against the wall." :) Next sale ought to be in about two days?

Yep the crises brought me back.

I have been having a very rough time since my mother's suicide. Lots of emotional things happening and I sort of just walked away from all social media and forums. I couldn't take more conflict. I've spent the time trying to rebuild me and put things in perspective.

On the upside I did not go back to smoking even under all the pressure. We got rid of that ancient falling apart car and bought a new Subaru Outback last winter. I've lost 98 of the 150 lbs I need to lose and my health has improved immensely.

The Downside of popping back into the forums a couple days ago is this morning I dropped $300 on 2 new REO LPs and a ton of spare parts since they are going out of business. LOL

I've been lurking on and off, but having decided on and stocked on my hardware choices, and most of DIY being things like Jasmine Tea and mixed mints, in addition to my still favorite Earl Grey Tea there hasn't been a lot of reasons to join in. That and typing is getting more difficult (I've done some with dictation software, but my cats think that if I'm talking it must be to them, and all come up for attention. And my nursing home stay 4 years ago pushed me from just being an introvert to extreme introversion even in asynchronous communication, bordering on full blown social anxiety.

But I just spent 3 days commenting on vaping stories in the New York Times. Part of why I subscribe is that generally their comment threads are polite and in depth from all points of view. Not on this topic. Mostly I've just been giving factual information to try to counter the blatantly untrue comments - like 'vaping was invented by big tobacco just to lure in young people' and 'flavors are just for kids' and 'there's been no research' etc.

Welcome back and congratulations on the weight loss! If I were able to do that and not smoke in the middle of life’s upheavals, I’d call those REOs a reward for yourself.

Can you tell me what you mix with your teas? I haven’t had much success with them.

The Earl Grey I just use Nature's Flavors ~6% I've been trying to add a little more 'body' but the recommended Marshmallow is way too sweet for me, even in tiny amounts. I also tried butter creme which was a little better, but next batch will just single flavor again.

The Jasmine is Inawera's Spring Green, discovered accidentally during an order from Poland and pulling up descriptions. It's a little bit too 'flowery' for me so I've added a little bit of Flavour Art Green Tea, still fiddling around with amounts on that.

Awwww ty! It's been a struggle but so far so good.

I'm still inclined to name one of the REOs Shiny and the other Itis. ;)

Actually they are nearly indestructible so at the firesale price are really insurance against what is coming. I have been using REOs for about 6 years so am quite familiar with them and comfortable running a true mech/rebuildable setup.

The Reonaut T-shirt in that order is my present to myself. 3 sizes smaller than when I started with weight watchers.
