So I finally saw one off those new Logic e-cigs out in the wild the other day...

These aren't new I was using them since last year. I do believe that is like 6 or 12 MG though. Been a while so not 100% sure.

Awesome on getting the new shinnies set up @Diver9543!
I was not happy with the first set of coils. I made another set (.68 Ohm), raised them slightly and now I am getting a better flavor. I figure that I will learn as I go. I'm in no rush.

Got my vape mail (that sammich trick worked!). Batts are in the charger, new atty is having a leisurely bath and will get reassembled after while.

The atty is the Aspire Quad. Can be configured as a Genny with single or dual air flow, Squonker, drip or Nautilus X tank. It's like a Swiss Army Knife...I don't know which to play with first.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I can see it all now. Here we go again, "Those E-Cigs are DANGEROUS! They blow up! They're unsafe! People are being maimed for life!" THANKS, LOGIC!!! NOT!!!

I was not happy with the first set of coils. I made another set (.68 Ohm), raised them slightly and now I am getting a better flavor. I figure that I will learn as I go. I'm in no rush.
Mmmmmm, flavor.................. :D :D :D Glad you're finding the sweet spot, Diver!!!:toast:

@SteveS45, welcome to the Porches. BTW, we do also have a Back Porch if you just wanna hang out and not talk vaping.

Two years? That's great! Congratulations!

I did change out the stubby delrin for a longer one. I am definitely out of practice making coils. I have dual coils in it and according to my Coil Master, I am at .7 Ohm.
Beautiful!
Speekin of witch, been seeing a lot of logic ecig commercials on tv lately.
That's legal?
Fall is definitely setting in and of course there's hunting and fishing to be done, the birds are starting to head South and there's abundant beauty to be enjoyed, everywhere.
Yes it is! There were little butterflies everywhere when I drove home from work this afternoon!

Welcome back!

Goin' home, tomorrow. It's been a busy day, getting ready!

@drmarble, top cap off! The reason I thought I hadn't seen you, before, is because you joined on 2/8. That happens to be a special day for me -- and one for which I'm ever grateful to my mom.

@Kaezziel, so you're a purple baby too, huh? Yet another reason ... :)

@Debadoo, the Manta V2 (which is what I have) has a screw off air flow ring, and a top cap that also adjusts airflow. I love the atty b/c it's top airflow - no leaks - and it produces great flavor (domed top cap). It is very airy wide open, but can be adjusted easily.

@SteveS45, may I add my welcome? The porches are quite amazing places. We're all so happy you stumbled upon us!

@MikeADore, Woot!!! You go, sweet pea!

@Bolivar, you are mean!!! I love love love BLT's! And there's no bacon in the house, and I'm getting ready for a travel day, so I wasn't about to go buy some, and I'm hungry!
How was the sammie? Did your vape mail arrive?

I'm not remembering who suggested I replace the Manta with a KFL, but that wouldn't work too well: it's on a squonk mod. :)

So I finally saw one off those new Logic e-cigs out in the wild the other day...

The first time I saw their commercial on TV I thought "so an under powered ego battery and a carto is the newest, hottest thing in vaping, huh ?". Needless to say, it went downhill from there.

I think everything makes us older, Steve... every second that ticks by is another wonderful second that we have survived. :)

Welcome to the porch! As clnire said, it's full of wonderful people. We try to stay on the topic of vaping here, but we all have our missteps from time to time.
And if you are me the missteps are big . Welcome Steve. I'm pretty new on the porch too. Great people here. :)

Seriously, great to have ya back on da porches! BTW, bring home any winter meat?

Congrats! But den fer moi, it would be decisions, decisions, decis...

Was asked da utter day if I was stupid or just apathetic. Told him, "Don't really know and really don't care!"

I got vape mail today! I got me Reo Grand and the Reomizer 8.0. Now I just have to figure out what Ohm coils to make for it.
wahooooooo!!! Lemme know if I can help ya at all! I love the Rm8 derringer! My go to atty!

Not if there's a singing dinosaur involved.
Soooooooo true!!!!

Yeah... but just imagine how awful he'd be if he were orange!
He should be orange......I don't care much for that color, and we certainly shouldn't be wasting purple on him!!

If I vape on the front porch does that make me older? :w00t:
moreso than ya were 5 mins ago! A hearty welcome to the porches!! Our back porch is here Older Folks and Vaping Back Porch-Part Six we can talk about anything there (that ECF allows of course) we try to keep it mostly vape related here, but we often run off down various bunny trails

Thanks for the welcome @clnire and @Kaezziel but I have been here a while just not in this thread! The way I look at is when I open my eyes if I don't see flowers and candles I know it is OK to get out of bed! Since this month is my 2 year mark for becoming a former smoker I guess I can look forward to a few more years before the flowers and candles.
Wahoooooooooo on the 2 years!!! That's fantastic!!! Jup the only flowers and candles are the ones on the birthday cakes! Jup fellers can have flowers on their cakes too

I hope everyone is doing FANTASTIC!!! I sure have missed all of "mah peeps"!!!
Missed you too darlin!! But so glad you're enjoying yourself on yur walkabout or whatever they call it there. :p

I was not happy with the first set of coils. I made another set (.68 Ohm), raised them slightly and now I am getting a better flavor. I figure that I will learn as I go. I'm in no rush.
Jup........put the coils out close to the edge of the deck as you can, and position em to where the air will blow right over the top of the coils. If you can see part of the coils through the air holes, your good. Which batts are you usin it in it?

@Diver9543 why does the frying pan sound familiar?
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain! hehehe Most fryin pan whackins are just lil love taps anyhow. Jup, that's my story and I'm stickin to it! :sneaky:

Got my vape mail (that sammich trick worked!). Batts are in the charger, new atty is having a leisurely bath and will get reassembled after while.
kewl beans!!

kewl....thanks hun! I'm wondering if that might be a good one for @Kenna to look into.

And if you are me the missteps are big .
oh hun, believe me, you're fine! Nuttin to worry about at all. As you've seen we go OT all the time, then just gently nudge ourselves back at some point :)
