Glad to help! They are wonderful dogs that can do everything. Not for everyone - they need a job or they will make up their own (and you won't like it!), but sounds like you have experience with a border collie mix. They are dedicated family dogs and great "watch dogs". Very smart and creative and with direction and training fantastic workers.

Workers for sure. Molly lets us know when anyone is coming up our 1/8 mile drive. Plenty if warning. She gives a couple of strong barks after they park and a couple of stronger alerts if they exit the vehicle. Then she blocks them from approaching the house until we come out to greet our visitors. Never bites but puts on a great buff. She's a love bug really but if she hasn't met someone before she'll scare the *$&! out if them. Perfect.
Other duties include helping Julie herd our 40+ Muskovy ducks in every evening, watch for preditors while our 4 Shi tzus are outside, escort me on deer patterning walks or just hang out with us while working our garden and orchards. She's been trained for a short range which we like because there's just too many ways for her to get injured on our 160 acres. Black bears, cougars, coyotes, bobcats, venomous snakes, 40ft. bluffs and the list goes on.
What ever dog we get to replace Molly has big paw prints to fill.

vape related stuff. Yup, I still vape.:D

Perfect for a Terv!

Vape related - um, I stealth vape at dog shows... Over the weekend I took a puff and a man came into the booth. He said vape away, doesn't bother me. He bought 2 leashes and we got to talking. He is the head "dog trainer" at PetSmart (didn't impress me) but also an almost 5 year vaper. Apparently he is active in the local vape community cuz he said "we tried to rent this facility (Orange County Convention Center) for a vape meet but they said no vaping allowed". So when he left I continued to be stealthy... Thus why I still use Kanger bottom coil clearomizers at shows. I can be very stealthy but still satisfy my urges.

@DancingHeretik, I stuffed a bottle needle tip cap into my suitcase on our last flight, then forgot about it. No problem traveling either way. :)

Does anyone know where I can get a small bag of rayon? I have a Sally's here, but I sure don't need that huge box! Thanks.

This is thee one I got but it as $3 less at the time. It's the size of a "square kleenex box and has 40' of rayon in it. I was shocked at the size, considering the price, but hey, it's a lifetime supply. Google it, you can probably find a better price, maybe even on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Graham-Cellucotton-Beauty-Rayon-Fibers/dp/B00PBGJT5A

Oh yeah? El Whacko can do that even with invisible cars. Take that!

Just kidding, sounds like an awesome dog. :thumb:

I've already narrowed my build down to a single alien @ .45 ohm or a pair of fused @ .30. (or a single tiger/quad twisted @ .36)

HB6 at the ready. :) Though I may opt for a VTC5a.

With the Cricket 2 in series battery mode those builds would produce 156.8w, 235.2w and 196w respectively. Too hot for me.

Sweet Molly sounds like a great helper. Does she play with the little dogs? Does she vape? :)

She lets the Shihtzus jump all over her while standing as still British royalty. Does that count? She's hates vapor for some reason.

It's that O-16 everyone is into on the Reonauts thread. I FT'd it.

Linky?

Accidental discovery: cinnamon whiskey does not a pairing with coffee vape make.

*insert dry heaving*

*wipes real coffee off computer screen* ;)

It does, yes. :)

Wiggins, our Portuguese Water Dog (who, by the way, was the best dog -- as I told him, repeatedly), would let the Chihuahuas hang from his tail as he carried them around the room. It had to have hurt, but he did it anyway. Like your Molly, he was very gentle with the wee ones. He went over the bridge, some years ago. I miss him...

The Chis aren't over fond of vapor, either ... Perhaps they'd prefer it if it smelled like bacon.

I sat for 2 dogs last week. One of them, an 8 month old puppy, was totally fancinated by my vaping. She would come running when she heard me take a hit, then sit & watch me exhale. When I put the mod down she'd come get in my face trying to see where that came from!
