Nipple tops are why I've stayed away from Provari's. I've tried to stay with flatops that go in everything.

I have been out shopping today and picked up the new Coil Master 521 Tab. So far it looks to be just what I was wanting for a build deck and ohm reader. I also ordered the WISMEC Reuleaux RX 200 and 3 batteries to use in it. Now to just sit around and wait for the vape mail. I hope everyone has a good weekend.

Welcome Smiley! There are threads dedicated to Provari blems never being found. Drives people nuts.

And it looks remarkably like Iffy who got got.

I haven't found the blems in my blems either , but if you haven't read back, you need to know that they are discontinuing the 2.5's. After they are sold out, they are gone for good. I already have enough from the sale to keep me and my girls in Provari's til I'm in the ground, or I'd buy 1 or 2 of every color/kind.

Good thing I have enough. The purple is tempting though...

I'm really having a time worrying about the 2.5's with the P3 510 on them that I ordered. I ordered nipple top AW 18650's for them. Now I'm worried that I should have gotten flat tops because P3's take flat tops. Hoping I didn't waste enough $$ to pay for another 2.5 on batteries I'll never use.

Not to worry, Kenna. 2.5's only take button tops - even with the P3 510 .

Actually, the 2.5 uses ONLY nipple top batteries. Flat top won't work.

Yes, yes they are. The 2.5 still only works with button top batteries.

As I understand it, using a nipple top battery was the first, and for a long time, the only workable method for reverse battery protection in regulated mods. It's part of the inside structure -- not a function of the chip -- and is true for V1, V2, and V2.5.
