I was raised by my grandmother. She came to adulthood as the Depression hit. I believe in being prepared.
I doubt I'll need to stock up for the rest of my life. I'm hoping that this all plays out and blows over eventually. It may take several years though.
But, the thought of it not blowing over, the thought of my running out of stuff and not having a choice anymore, gives me such anxiety that I just have to stock up enough to last the rest of my life. Otherwise, I get scared and panicky.
So, although I probably won't need all of it, I'm stocking enough for about 25 years, which is about 10 years longer than I'm guessing I'll live.
If I were to advise someone that's not so paranoid, I'ld suggest 10 years. It BETTER blow over by then!

Most of mine are like that. I eyeball what 1/2 would be on the bottom of the kayfun, then I take a large sewing needle to check and see if the air hole feels the same all around, at that 1/2 way point, and adjust til they do. You can 'feel' the change, from the pin to the kayfun, with the needle tip.

My syringe needle didn't go nearly far enough in. So, I grabbed a skinny little paperclip. It seems to go far enough in. I think the Nano is lined up!
Well I found out they are legal here from Friday till Monday and the people around here must spend at least $1000 or more. They have stuff like you see at a display. Nothing like a bunch of rednecks with fireworks. We are having 30mph winds today so if any fire got started it would be a disaster. We just went through a week and a half of really high temps so everything is like a tinder box. Haven't really had any rain in over a month and it is supposed to get cooler which is the reason for the winds.
Well I think I am set. SX's 5 M's 2 are put away, 2 Q's, 2ML's 1 S. 1ML will be put away and 1 Q. 3 VTC minis an RX200 all put away 3 Provaris 1 Istick 40 TC, 14 STM's with enough parts to keep them going forever 2100ml of 100mg nic, tons of flavoring 50' of SS316L 50' of Ti01 3 KF V5's need to get more spare parts for those and extra glass tubes and maybe another 50' of SS. I have 9 VTC 5's put away but I don't see any problem of getting more 1gal VG 1gal PG. The only thing I can see getting is wire, batteries PG VG and spares for the KF's of which only the spares may become hard to get. I think other then that I am set for life. Oh I forgot 4 Nautilus's lots of heads. Everything I have uses 18650's

I am really expecting this state to do something crazy they took the first step and it is going to be law by Oct. Next will be tax and banning plus who knows who will go to the hassle of getting licenses in Oct.

Well geez, the deeming has 'checked' my shinyitis. We've got like 20 KFL nanos & lites, 9 Kfv4s, & miscl others. Plus I've stocked up on spare tanks & parts for them. I'm staying away from the Kfv5 because I don't want to be getting multiples plus parts for yet another topper. The V4 works fine for me so why branch out.
Last month I got a PIF of enough parts to double+ my collection. Dont feel obligated to compete.

Kayfuns aren't all I have, those are just the tanks I chose. I have 5 Magma rda's, 1 Igo-L, 1 Prometey, 2 full size Nautilus & 2 Mini's, & 4 Aspire K1's. For mods I have 5 Hex Ohms, 5 Isticks, & one REO, & 2 Stingray tubes. Most of this is vapocolypse stashed. Still a few things I want to get, but the anxiety is easing up.
If you have dual airholes on the sides of the base you can just look in one side & see a round light where the other hole is. If the light is just a slit or oval, youre airflow isn't wide open. And the grub screws have to be unscrewed so they don't block the view.Most of mine are like that. Stick the paper clip in, & mark the depth with your thimbnail. Then pull it out & check it against the bottom. It should reach to about 1/2 way across the 510 pin. But the airflow hole in the 510 post is big enough for that syringe needle to fit in, so it may not be all the way open. Turn the base so the airhole is facing yje ceiling. Hold the -/ + blocks still with a pair of pliers, drop the syringe needle in the hole, & use a screwdriver to turn the 510 in the smallest bit you can. Stop & check to see if the needle goes in more. It may need to be turned the other direction.
KF spares are almost impossible to find now. Even on FT. Except the colored tanks. I don't like those. FT has replacement glass for v5's.
Next will be an election & the opportunity to stop voting for those *******'s.
