For Orchid lovers (@3mg Meniere !!!), Vapor World has V4s for $1.19, V5s for $1.79!!!!! I got a few for my vapocolypse box...

v4: Orchid V4 RTA

v5: Orchid V5 RTA

Shipping is $4.99. Such a deal!!!! I saw this on the "Overlooked Tootle Puffers equipment thread".

I fell for it. Just couldn't resist! :grr:  Got four so I won't have to rotate my flavors anymore.

I will build them single coil. I don't care for dual coils - too hot and eats too much juice. But they should be fine single coiled...
Tried duals, but never got satisfaction. Single is fine. The holes in the posts are just dandy-- catching the wire on the screw is too tricky for me.

Here are the FIVE that they sent, and they haven't issued any refund yet. Yes, I'd say they bit off more than they could chew.
The 1st, 3rd and 4th ones are already destined for new homes.
And a public thank you. Batteries are already ordered.

You guys really tap the skinflint's vulnerabilities!

Someone suggested I check again, and to be as fair as possible to Vixen Vapors, they DID issue me a refund for two of the Provari 2.5s that they did not send.
However, they did NOT issue me any refund yet for the third unsent P 2.5.
Plus, the receipts that they sent along with the packages were not corrected either. They show all 8 as being shipped, even though only 5 were shipped.
Nevertheless, it was a deal too good to pass up and I'm glad I got the 5. I'll never use any of them myself, since to do so would require that I either get an extension tube or a different battery type than I already have.
My unchanged opinion of Provari, even though I've never used one and probably never will: Yesterday's Technology Perfected Today!

I plead guilty to being more a fan of those companies who are willing to gamble on trying to use Tomorrow's technology today.
I know what you are saying bells. It's really too bad too because they could build probably the best quality DNA200 or YiHi powered mod there is.

The Radius is a perfect example. Imagine that with a TC chip in it. Man I'd be right in there for one. Yesterday Provari has always been my favorite mods but they really fell behind. All the possibilities. I know they build the best quality mod there is but they have to get TC.

Why? I have a VTC mini with TC but have no plans of suing the TC stuff. Might someday, who knows.
<snicker> gotta love typos or autocorrect. Just cuz they fell behind is no reason to sue em!

3mg, so glad you're getting some new stuff. As DH said, you'll be well set

Hey I put God Mode on my computer but I still can't get the damned sign in to work right.
I have a computer that I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I inherited the computer from my Dad, and when I set it up for Dad initially, I naturally did it with his email address and sign-in ID. Well, I was never able to figure out how to get access to everything on the computer unless I signed in as my Dad. This was both before and after I upgraded to Windows 10.

I gave myself access to all kinds of files but there were still some functions that the computer did not allow me to access. I feel like I might have been able to figure it out eventually but since everything worked fine if I signed in with Dad's ID, I didn't spend more time trying to figure it out.

If you did not see it, @2legsshrt , I sent you a PM earlier today.

But then I wouldn't have bought 3 of 'em and planning on yet 1 more after the holidays.

@Robert Cromwell Hey I put God Mode on my computer but I still can't get the damned sign in to work right. TC is the way to go IMO if you get a really good quality. Some of them out there are pretty flaky.
And some are flaky because of connection issues in some tanks.
I do understand how it works but have no interest in it at this time. Still busy playing with kanthal and different
vaping stuff.

How is the airflow compared to a Kayfun?

Not that I can afford even that right now. Black Friday tends to drain the bank account. But, got lots of goodies!

But, for later. I'm wondering if I should stick to Kayfuns or experiment. I've already given away one RDA because it was so airy that I simply could not MTL except with a concerted effort with each puff. Way too airy. So, air flow is all important. Orchids are so popular and cheap!

Yeah but just because it has TC doesn't mean you have to use it it would just open it up for people who love TC it would still be a great mod for regular VW vaping too.

Orchids as single-coil have plenty of airflow, and an option for reducing airflow. You can choose to block the unused side with a bit of cotton, or not.
Or food grade silicone.
Doesn't sound promising. The Lancia had an option to shut off almost all airflow. Yet STILL had too much air. I'm not sure how. Maybe because it had such a big space inside? Not sure.

But, if the Orchids are still that cheap when the time comes, . . . I hate not being able to try things first.
