That was a response to a question about two mods delivering the same power.
I know you've got more experience than me, Robert (what with yer Eric Clapton coils and all

- remember that "joke" from Tootle Puffers about three months ago?), but I was experimenting with this issue and took the tank off my iStick TC40W, which was doing perfect flavor at 12W (for that juice). OK, the tank and coil were the same... then I screwed it into the SXmini M class and had a suck at 12W. Bleah! I had to crank it up to 18W to get the same flavor. I do understand that the power source "should" deliver the same voltage/wattage given that the coil, tank, and juice are the same, so why didn't they produce the same flavor at the same wattage? Why did I have to crank the SXmini up to get the same taste? The iStick has a small battery and different electronics, while the SXmini uses an 18650 with programmable YIHI chip, but shouldn't the same Wattage setting deliver the same taste given it was the same tank/juice on both? So why didn't it?
EDIT: Is it possible that the on-board VOMs on one or both of these mods is lying?
