These are EhPro KF 2+ lites, right?

Did you tear them down and clean them first? Not from Fluid Vapes, and maybe wasn't even EHPro, but I had one some time back had a metal shaving blocking the air intake.

Try taking the air adjust screws all the way out, then use a straightend paper clip to probe both directions - i.e. in through the intake and where the screw was.

And some have found that, with the dual intake ones, if you can't see through the two intakes, you may need to "adjust" the 510 screw so you can. Has to be open for that, as you'll loosen the positive block. If they won't line up, you can use a small o-ring as a "washer" near the 510 screw head.
They.ll line up, but it's best to tighten that 520 pin more to do that rather than loosening it. I've had 2 that I had to take apart & reinstall that 5 10 to get itto thread right to get the holes lined up.

I can't see through the two intakes on any of the ones I have out right now. Not even the one that's working well. OK. Just went and checked ALL of them. I can see through the 2 air holes only on one of them out of 12.

But seeing the clip through the fill holes rules out a blockage there. Some of my dual intakes I can see through, some not, and I've not noticed a difference in draw... as seems to be the case for you with the one that's working well.

Perhaps something in the drilled portion of the 510 pin? You'd need to take the coil off to check that. Paper clip trick may work, but you may need to remove the pin.

How long are you leaving your wick? It should just touch the bottom. And be kept away from the opening on the pin.

They.ll line up, but it's best to tighten that 510 pin more to do that rather than loosening it. I've had 2 that I had to take apart & reinstall that 510 to get it to thread right to get the holes lined up.

If going that route, be careful not to overtighten. Chance of breaking the pin.

Yes, the EHPro Kayfun Lite Plus V2 with the 2 air adjustment screw in the bottom of the base.
I did tear them down and clean them before use. I stuck a paper clip in the side air holes and can see the paper clip through the empty screw hole. And, vice versa.

I can't see through the two intakes on any of the ones I have out right now. Not even the one that's working well. OK. Just went and checked ALL of them. I can see through the 2 air holes only on one of them out of 12.

@DancingHeretik I just took 2 of 'em out of the box that arrived last week. I did get them from Fluid Vapes.

The airflow seems right when drawing on them. If I just try looking through the two side air holes I don't see through them. But if I hold them up to a light when looking - in one I see a pin hole sized spec of light, the other even a smaller pin hole of light coming through. Both seem to draw OK.

But what I did find - on one of them, the air adjustment grub screw just spins in the hole it won't go in or out. Threads must be stripped. At least its flush w/ the bottom of the atty so I can just leave it there and not worry about it coming out.

Maybe I try contacting Fluid Vapes for an exchange they seem to still have some in stock now at ~7$ each.

I got mine from different vendors at different times including last month from vapor range & I had to adjust the 510 in several. All of mine are Ehpro. You should be able to hold them up to a light & see a perfect circle of light. If it's not a circle then the airflow is being chocked at the 510. All it takes is a vert tiny adjustment of the 510 clockwise or counter clockwise to fix it. I had 2 that had no airflow at all. I hade to take the 510 out completely & rescrew it holding the positive post tight to the deck with a pair of slip adjustable pliers. Once it was fairly tight, I lined up the positive block where it should be & finished tightening & lining up the airholes. Everything fell into place & lined up & stays tight. I just had to do it from square one. I havent checked the newest ones yet.

huh ... I never checked any of ours and they all seem to be working OK. I'll have to pay attention to it as I rewick and/or rebuild them. This morning was the 1st time I looked into this trying to help Dancing.

Did the forum formatting just change, or is my computer acting up? I don't like it!

I had the weirdness too. On one of the other threads (back porch?), the suggestion was to go to the bottom of the page - on the left hand side you'll see ECF or E-cigarette Forum. Click on that - it will say Style Chooser. I managed to reset my screen back to my usual look. Phew.

Dang, Lannie, something must have happened, as there seem to be a lot of similar comments this AM!

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, bottom left will say something like ECF, ECigaretteForum or ECigaretteForumDark. Click it to check out and set the skin you like.

I'm wonder if they changed the "default" to ECigaretteForum.... where ECF was the old default.... I'd tried the two new ones a few weeks back, then reset the original for my default. Perhaps the act of setting it in my prefs over-rode any other changes.... so if you've not set a default, you' re subject to any changes they make in the board software....

A-tensioned coil is worth it. I figures a buck-two-eighty is fare.

That was it! THANK YOU! It's all back to normal now - I changed it back to "ECF." I never had scrolled that far down the page, EVER, to even see that 'style chooser' link! I had no idea it existed. Thanks for the tip!
