Hi ya
Nope just using the same stuff.

Got myself a woman so been scarce here and in other things in life :)

She lives about 450 miles away.
She came to Perth last week and we stayed together in a cabin.
Im going to her place on Monday.
Cool! Does she vape? Glad to hear you are getting out & about! We miss you!

Well I don't think much of Fluid Vapes customer service. It was the sale that took me to their site ... but based on their customer service I won't be going back any time soon.

On Jan 4th, I emailed them about an issue w/ one of the KFL-Lites I received. It's now Jan 8th and I've heard nothing back. I just left a contact msg via their website. See if that works.

At the sale price ... maybe I'm expecting too much ... but geez ... is it too much to expect a response. /end vent

It's useable but the air adjust screws just spin in their holes ... can't screw them in or out. It may just be a spare parts atty.
That's the place that wouldn't take my debit card. The site kept coming up with an error messsage about the payment method, so I had to use part of a Visa gift card. They must not like Mastercard.

Heh. It just struck me that anyone new to vaping would swear we are speaking a language other than English and demand a translation!

ok someone check my numbers here. I got brave and did a subohm build for the RM2 + REO.

0.84 ohm build at 4.2 volts (its a mech so I check on max volts) should require 5 Amps?

So it is safe even on a 10 Amp battery right?
correctamundo! do you have the gold spring and contact? not sure if you'd need em for that or not

You should be fine 10 amp is 2x what it'll put out at 4.2 and even less amps as the batt voltage goes down.

Cool I couldn't remember if you wanted to stay at half the batterys amp ability or not and this is dead on it.

Ok Firing up this puppy lets see what we got.

Edit: I um haven't changed the coil in the REOs in a couple of years so....yeah.

wow!! I think you win for the longest coils! did you see the rest of my post after my edit about the gold spring and contact? Doubt you'd need em for .84, but nice to be totally safe

Note: Many people have had problems w/ the KFv4's and nickel and/or titanium builds w/ TC mods. The little spring in the 510 connection path isn't the 'best' for a good steady connection. It has caused minor fluctuations at the level TC mods measure resistance. Not noticeable at all for Kanthal builds and 'normal' mech or regulator vaping.
Thanks for the warning Mike, but I am not planning on trying TC in any of my Kayfuns or Orchids. I have a few drippers I am going to test with. With all the travel I do I like to keep things very simple on the road. Even the Kayfuns/Orchids will mostly be for home use. I can rebuild a Kanger bottom coil in mere minutes in a motel bathroom. A Kayfun? Not so much... I don't see messing with TC on the road either. Too busy with working, driving and trying to get some sleep. Oh, and read my ECF threads!

Won't FT get worse with the Chinese new year and all?
oops, see its already been covered. CNY isn't until February.

No I haven't installed those yet. Once I do and get the extra 20 Amp batterys the other REO is going to be setup .5 like my subtank minis. ;)

hmmmmmm reckin she passed out from dat first vape???? how is it myrany???
Actually its nice. A bit warmer than the 1.8 coil I had in there. It is only 3 mg juice so it isn't going to kick me too hard. ;)

Might try a shorter drip tip on it.

Check out 101 Vape. They have the HG2 for 12.99 for a pair.
Don't know much about them, can you be sure that they are genuine batts from them?? I know a lot of folks order vape stuff from them, just not sure bout batts.
