Older Folks and Vaping Front Porch - Part Four

Hi everyone; I'm new to ECF but been vaping for three years now.
I moved to NM and the altitude revealed the beginning stages of COPD. At that time I had went back to Cigs and quit them right away and went back to vaping steady and haven't looked back.
I've made my own juice using a 1 ltd. Oak Barrel like Five Pawns e Liquid which was great and I knew what was in the liquid. However I didn't use the liquid fast enough and had to throw much of it out. I now look for juices that are natural and tested to assure what I'm putting in my body is of high quality and not filled with things that should be or are harmful. So any suggestions are sure welcomed.
I'm so glad I found this Thread since I'm 59 and I feel that we slightly older folks Vape different than our younger counterparts.
I look forward to sharing and learning from you all.

Sub, why did your barrel steeped liquid go bad? Did you not draw it out of the barrel into bottles after steeping, or did it go bad after doing that?

Knot a clue. It's what it came with. Nothing in the case about it and I can't find any info on it. But it works quite well. For $17 it can't be beat. Fancy case, tank, drip tip and 2 batts. But I gotta say, a real PITA to change batts.

and you didn't post the pic of the purple one??????? Thought I trained you better than that!! Very kewl!! Now ya just need one of them sweaters with the suede elbow patches, a goatee, and some wire rimmed glasses sitting 1/2 way down your nose.

But, I'm on a tank boycott right now. So dripping and squonking only for a while.

Well after 30 days in the Barrel, I did put it into Wine Bottles and kept it in a Closet for safe dark keeping. But the dates were getting old so I looked up how long you could store it and from what I read once Nic is introduced it should only be stored for one year. SO the dates I put on the Bottles said it had been there for almost two years. So I through it out. But never fear some more is presently in the Barrel and this time I didn't make a full liter, so should get used within the allotted time.

Well noting posted as yet on a date for this year and I was slightly incorrect the last one was in 2014, April 5 to be exact. I didn't think it had been that long ago. The Name was the Southwest Vape Fest. I left a Msg on FB to see if they planned to have another this year.

My favorite juices are CLR, Cotto's Revenge Bourbon Custard, & Gentleman's Reserve by The Steam Company. All barrel aged custards.

Just made up some Overdose clone juice.
From the ingredients should be good. Never tried the real stuff though.
