@Kaezziel, you just might be able to figure out how to make the ceramic coil work! There's a thing called a Billet Bridge, by Atmystique. It works with Nauti BVC's. If you're bored at work tomorrow, wander over to YouTube and watch the (short) video. Fully assembled, with coil, it's dimensions - length and circumference - are the same as a standard carto. If you can figure it out, that would be awesome!

@skullblade789, I'm happy to meet you! Forgive me, please, for neglecting to welcome you, this morning. I was on the run; someone took the key to the Tardis, so I had to drive :). As you've seen, the folks on the Porches are a wonderful bunch! Hope you come back and chat for a spell.

No worries running around myself these days.

Nice on the naughty heads!! As to the vet, yeah but not like y'all are. Injury kept me from serving, so wuzn't my fault, and I tried. But I really tip my hats to those who truly served!
And those who serve now in this F_____d Up world. I am so worried about my GSon in Law who is getting deployed in June and has a really dangerous job. He wants to do it because he wants to put the last 3 and 1/2 years of training to work but I am really scared for him. Tried to talk my GDaughter into moving in with us, we think of her as our daughter since we raised her from practically birth through college but she wants to keep the home fires burning in El Paso. He is supposed to be going for 9 months but the USAF is so short of guys in his field who knows. She wants to keep her job too even though since Texas is one of those F U right to work states she makes $13 an hour and with a BA and on Deans list every quarter plus has her HR certification. Works for a mortgage company. The min wage here is almost that much. But I guess they have great Mexican food there. She wants us to fly down for a month. We'll see.

Started DIY about 2 1/2 months ago and never looked back. I tried a premium liquid a week ago and ended up tossing it.
I've only been vaping and off cigarettes about a month, and I figure I'll want to get into DIY juices sooner or later. So far, I find all the variety of ingredients and variety of ways to buy them confusing, especially nicotine. So many different strengths, and some seems to come mixed with VG. I also can't figure out how you folks settle on flavors since there are so many brands etc. Anyway, my main goal now is to stay off cigarettes. I've ordered some juices online, and my local vape shop mixes some terrific concoctions, some of which I invent myself.

INW has some very great tobacco flavors. Have you tried any of the Nude Nicotine extractions? Ive just started with them and so far they are very good.

Hello all. I was wondering if I could join the chat here and enjoy conversations? Thank you for your time.
Welcome to the porches and thanks for taking over when a few us bailed out of our service.

Hi Mike, welcome to the porch. I don't think we've met but then I can't remember what I had for breakfast.
As each of you will find out, the porches are filled with a great group of folks that are willing to go out of their way to help. We will help when you have money to spend on all of the shiny things that are vape related. We also are very willing to share recipes that sound good.

Thanks. I'll definitely be looking for some guidance on exactly what to buy when I get ready to try DIY juices. I'm trying to let my wallet recover since Kenna and her compadres on the Tootle Puffer Gear thread caused me to spend a bunch of money recently (I gotta blame somebody).

Kenna, did the Provaris arrive for your niece and nephew? I'm really liking mine.

Seems like I only ever have time twice a day for forums anymore...

Ahh, I thought you meant you had it in an e-pipe. I was eying the Smok Guardian 3, makes me think of my dad, he was a pipe smoker.
That's the one I got at VCC this year! Love it because if you hold it like a tobacco pipe, your thumb is positioned right at the button!
Small learning curve for the menu system because there is only one button, but overall, I like it.

Did you folks see this article where the funding for ANTZ might be illegal use of public funds.
Are Anti Vaping Groups Breaking The Law?
We can only hope they get booted. I'm convinced that the ANTZ and the government share equally in the guilt for scaring millions off of vaping.

And in other news, I shot this little thing off today on my 3D printer.
Building coils requires very nimble hands, or 4 of them.
Hope with this 3D printed build deck, I will only need 3 hands.
I ran out of the filament at 96%, so had to feed in a new one... Doesn't look too bad. Used super glue to glue in a tank display puck, and I now have a nice wide base to work from and even some depressions to keep round bits from rolling away.

And I just heard it finish cooling down. It makes a cracking sound when it unsticks from the glass plate. Now I can test it out!

Got them today! They really are nicely made. Enough weight to prompt you to hold it & not just forget it's there; & the purple one is a pretty, creamy shade. The gunmetal color is dark, not a lighter shade like my Hana. (Which is dead btw.) I'm slapping my own fingers to keep from loading one up & trying it!
