That's not been my experience w/ Kayfuns. If i leave it on the mod for weeks w/o us I have a lot of juice come out the air hole(s) making a mess. It's happened quite often.

Mine only do that if I have too much wick in it. But then that's also when they gurgle & leak after sitting for just an hour. I never have that problem with a smaller wick.

I don't know the sizes or material. Silcone maybe?
dunno who made em, if they're authentic or clone, but there's gotta be some KF threads where folks would know that stuff. If you can't find it in search, post where they talk about KF's and ask??? If it was something other than a KF, well, I'm brain dead now so ya can't expect much from me!

Especially considering he just posted pics of mystery coils! [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23]
Exactly what I was thinking of. :)
Well, yes, yes I did label the containers.
That's a relief, though we don't get to play 20 questions on down the line. By then we'd have all forgotten what's what so probably a good thing. :thumb:
you got a great deal......but sure am hoping July 4th will bring greater deals. But I'm house sitting over that week, sunday to sunday. Realized only the other day she said she has no internet   Gotta figger out some way I can see the sales, and get my nic
You can do this, you can figure it out. Even if you can't get online, the 4th is on Monday. Do your thing, go home, order much nicotine! :D If you are away the week of the 4th, order before you go. Sorry, between you and Kenna, I'm confused. :(
I'm at least that bad. When I had to know that a cig was available, even if I didn't want it at the moment. The thought of not having one when I wanted it just made me crazy. 12 hours? No way!

I leave again tomorrow to stay a week with the little Corgi. He is so funny, I really look forward to time with him.

What is going on with all the (edited) inserts? I've not seen that in the 2 years I've been here. Totally bizarre.
The "edit" was a courtesy. Normally the whole post is deleted if an ECF rule is violated. I once had a link edited because I forgot the video in question, about the Legal Vape 4000, had a brief mention of "other stuff." Just means you made a boo-boo.

Wish I could cut my nic so it would last longer, but I'll have to cut it super slowly, not more than 3 mg at a time...
Same here debadoo ... I started at 24 ... now down to 16, but it took a long long time to get there.
What I did, was .... I'd make up about 18 small bottles at a time, and I'd make half at 24 and the other half at 23 ... since I have 6-8 mods going at the same time for flavor variation, I didn't notice it so much
Pretty soon I was just making at 23 ... then I did the same thing using 23 and 22 all of this happened over months, not weeks.
I have to be sneaky to get away with dropping the % ...without the body catching onto what's happening :thumb:
I have no goal in mind, I was shocked when I got away with going below 18 ... I thought that was an ideal % for me.
I have no intention of quitting the nic, but I'll keep playing around until it gets to a point that the body rebels, and that's as far as it's going to go.
That's one of the advantages of DIYing your own juice ... no sudden drops, so no cravings to fight.
BTY --- .09 is the most common size hex called for ... got one at amazon.

The little pretty screwdrivers with the orings and key chain are pathetic imho. At least the ones I have had. Heads are softer than a politicians.
Ditto, and then they won't "turn" anything unless it's ready to fall out anyway :(
Sorry Kenna

I might try one of those Avacado 24's.
Legs ... your going to go into "withdrawals" when you can't "shop" anymore

Me, too! But those fill screw orings wear out pretty fast it seems.

Haven't needed to change one yet on any of my KFs. Perhaps you're cranking it down to tight? Just snug is really all you need, a tiny bit of compression on the o-ring and it will seal.

Regarding KFs leaking if left sitting - no problems for me there other than two FT bases that use a beveled recess and tapered head screw without o-rings (yeah, not the brightest idea from a cloner!) will weep a tiny bit. None of my EHPros leak, even if left with liquid in for longish periods of time. Perhaps coil size and/or position could make a difference? I build (typically) on a 2 mm mandrel, set about the same distance above the intake, wick with rayon.

One look in a couple of dresser drawers and I realized it would be a two day project

I put it off for months ... finally got the gumption to attack it. I did a bit each day for about a week. And I've still got more to sort through and organize. Amazing how much 'stuff' we've collected in 4 1/2 hrs of vaping. And what to do with 'tried and no longer used stuff' like fish tank bubble stones, cotton yarn, degummed hemp, carto tanks, etc. etc.

My builds are similar. 2.5mm mandrel, wicked w/ Delasco rayon balls, but probably a max of 2mm above the air hole.

Got this from Hoosier this morning about their 40 percent sale on their home-brewed juice. Not good:

The reason for this sale...
As of July 1st of this year, Hoosier E-Cig will no longer be legally permitted to manufacture E-Liquid in Indiana. Due to an overreaching E-Liquid manufacturing law. Even though we were 100% compliant with the requirements of the law, we were still denied a permit, as we did not have the right friends in the right places to be one of the 6 companies that did receive a permit, two of which have yet to manufacture a single drop of e-liquid to date.
Hoosier E-Cig will be moving it's E-Liquid manufacturing facility to Harrison Ohio, but due the timing of lawsuits against this law and lease negotiations for our new facility, we will not be able to be in that facility and manufacturing e-liquid on July 1, so we will be down and unable to manufacture e-liquid for a few weeks. We are hoping to be back up and running by the 3rd week of July, hopefully sooner. We will let you all know as soon as we are ready in Ohio.
To all of our online Indiana customers,
As of right now, on July 1st we will not be allowed to sell you any of our current brands of E-Liquid we carry, or our own House line of e-liquid. This could all change before July 1st depending on the pending ruling in the federal lawsuit against the state of Indiana and this terribly misguided law. The best way for you as a resident of Indiana, to keep up to date on this case is to Join and follow the Indiana Vapers Advocacy facebook page, or just like and follow our Hoosier E-Cig Facebook page
Thank you all!

Yep I've got about a million feet of Rayon which I don't use 200' of nickel wire 200' of Kanthal which I may use 125' of Ti 100' of SS. I need to get a couple of gallons of VG/PG. Does PG or VG have a chemical smell to it. I notice that the stuff I get from ECX has a pretty strong smell to it, it is a premix of 50/50 but it is so easy to use. With the flavors I use I can do 200-300ml of juice in about 20 min.
