200-300 ml in about 20 min???
You drinking it?
I don't drink it yet but thats the way I make it up. My favorite flavor I have gone though 50ml and I only use 2.5% so that's 20 100ml bottles in a year. I cut back to 3mg nic again figure if it's not enough easy enough to add some.

Sometime back when I started acquiring Kayfuns, someone (Mike or Matt?) posted the o-ring size for the fill screw. I have it in my notes at home.. 2mmx1mm? Something like that. I have lots of them at home along with extra screws.
TY! I need the correct sizes on those & the large ones. I want to get enough so if I give one to someone, I can give them some orings & screws. I know they come with spares but I think more is always good.

Haven't needed to change one yet on any of my KFs. Perhaps you're cranking it down to tight? Just snug is really all you need, a tiny bit of compression on the o-ring and it will seal.

Regarding KFs leaking if left sitting - no problems for me there other than two FT bases that use a beveled recess and tapered head screw without o-rings (yeah, not the brightest idea from a cloner!) will weep a tiny bit. None of my EHPros leak, even if left with liquid in for longish periods of time. Perhaps coil size and/or position could make a difference? I build (typically) on a 2 mm mandrel, set about the same distance above the intake, wick with rayon.
I do crank down on them. I wonder if I just wash them off & let them sit awhile if they'll regain their shape? I'll have to try that just to see.
Does that qualify as sciencing it? [emoji1]

Does PG or VG have a chemical smell to it. I notice that the stuff I get from ECX has a pretty strong smell to it, it is a premix of 50/50 but it is so easy to use.

Pat, is your premix with nic?

I have 1/4 gallon of VG and a 1/3 gallon PG remaining of a gallon each. They've been setting in my garage for months. Just checked and I detect no chem odors at all.

Went ahead and ordered the gallon of nic and liter of both pg and vg at MFS. Was waiting for Fourth of July sales but figured they probably won't be much better than the 20 percent I got yesterday.
They're fast. Ordered Tuesday night, received it today via free FedEx shipping.

I have tanks sitting in a rack full of juice for a month. Why don't they drain out?
I'm still getting caught up but wanted to comment on this post. I like to keep tanks filled so I can change tanks and use other flavors. I discovered that my Kanger tanks were slowly leaking juice. I am using the ready made coils on the Kanger subtank minis. I used a spare piece of wood I had and drilled some holes just a bit bigger than my drip tips and now put the tanks in the holder upside down. No more leaking. I will now have to make a more aesthetic looking holder. I am more concerned with function, not looks.

Really yeah mine has no nic in it but it always has a sort of smell to it. Can't really compare it to anything but I thought the PG might have a smell. It works really good and I don't detect anything in the juice but I saw one review on it that said she got a sore throat from it. It always has that smell right from the beginning and I get no sore throat. The juice I make is 95% VG/PG

I only use the V2 RBA decks in mine.
