Woot! Except, it only applies to a single, out of state vendor. Nonetheless, any injunction is better than no injunction!
ETA: I just read the TRO. The judge found, based on 3 criteria: merits of the case, irreparable harm, and public interest. A finding on merits is huge!

Don't have money in my paypal acct, I xfred it to my bank. I do have my bank linked, but will pp charge you if you use it and they take it from your bank? Still not real up on how they work. PP doesn't charge you for buying. They charge the sellers for using the service.

Some major things (elderly family member related issues) have come to light that I'll have to be dealing with here on the homefront for most likely a long time. Most of my attention and time will have to be focused on them, or I stand to lose a lot of money and even my property & home!
