@MikeE3 they have them at originvape.com but they are 4.95 in stock. They are the authentics and I think you are only allowed 3 per order.

I'll check again. Last night they were OOS. Thanks

I would really love it if someone would find some emails admitting they knew vaping was safer and that they were taxing it into oblivion anyway. I want them in jail! Although being fired and publicly humiliated might be a good start.

No, jail it is!

What she ^ said x1000.

One of my co-workers contacted me today extremely worried.
Next year, there will be a change to our health insurance:
If you smoke OR VAPE, they will charge an extra $750 unless -
1) You take a pledge to quit
2) You make 1 free and 2 paid phone calls to a quit line
3) You schedule therapy sessions
4) You schedule a quit date

My response:
I told them last year that I'm a non-smoker. I'm still a non-smoker, and will state that on the form.
I will not allow them to pass go, and they will not collect their $750. I refuse to be punished for making myself healthy by subsidizing the bad habits of others.
After all, I really don't expect to be hospitalized for vaping related health issues.

She felt a bit better about that, and said she would do the same thing.

More to the point, how is it legal to tax consumers on stuff they may have had for years???
Agreed. But the point is, if you are a retailer and you buy wholesale you do NOT pay tax on your purchase. You are issued a tax number and you are not liable for purchases for resale. So if a dealer pays tax, he'd have to increase his profit margin so the consumer ends up paying a tax on a tax. Totally unconstitutional.

Many States have what's usually called a "B&O" tax on businesses. Due annually on equipment, premises, and inventory. But retroactive? Only in PA!
