Mekc, where did you see this? I can't find it anywhere. The really weird part is I swear I posted this question once before and can't find it anywhere.
My wife works for the city. I'd post up what she set me but I'm on my iPad and it doesn't want to copy! I'll get on the surface after dinner and see if I can get it up. Most of what I read had to do with flavors, targeting kids you know!

Senate Bill 415

Thank you. So far I've found only this https://olis.leg.state.or.us/liz/2015R1/Measures/Overview/SB0415

All that really says is:

Prohibits distributing, selling or allowing to be sold flavored tobacco products or flavored inhalant delivery system products in this state.
Declares emergency, effective on passage.

Do they know that cigarettes have flavoring added to them? Also, both Washington and Oregon have made the other stuff legal. What are these people thinking?

I think any time anyone sees any gov worker eating a candy bar or drinking a soda they should slap it out of their hand and tell them they're too old for that stuff.

I've often wanted to do this with medical workers.

My question is, who is voting these people into office? Better yet, who is not voting against them?

That's easy. It's the folks who don't vote.

True, but who hasn't had their candidate do something completely stupid? I think half of the ridiculous bills that are brought up are done so just because they can then turn around and brag that they are trying to protect kids but the other meanies shot them down. The part about only selling unflavored ejuice isn't the end of the world, just add flavoring. Not well thought out but it's for the kids!

Sorry, I might have got ahead of myself on that. We will still be able to vape tobacco and menthol!
It seems to be targeting retailers selling flavored tobacco and vape products other than natural and menthol.

It's so cute and works better than an ultrasonic cleaner. Just strap the bottle to him and let him bounce around the yard, remove and vape.

There's got to be a joke here around geep/steep, but I just got out of class and I'm darned if I can find it :)

I guess we have copy cats for what Washington State is doing. There is an almost word for word bill pending for vote in Oregon. Also saying emergency legislation to be in acted as soon as passed!

Sigh. I'm glad my other liter of nic arrived last week, and is sitting in a nice safe amber bottle at the bottom of my freezer.

I just can't figure this country out. Oregon is supposed to be liberal why is this such a big deal now. Guess we'll have to move to Russia or China you can vape there. What the hell kind of emergency legislation are they trying to get. How fast are they going to cut you off or is it an emergency to tax the crap out of you.. Just got my shipment from RTS and TFA.

This issue transcends traditional liberal/conservative values. Both sides of the aisle want our money.

All that really says is:

Prohibits distributing, selling or allowing to be sold flavored tobacco products or flavored inhalant delivery system products in this state.
Declares emergency, effective on passage.

Here's the relevant portion:

(2) A person may not distribute, sell or allow to be sold a flavored tobacco product or a
flavored inhalant delivery system product in this state.
(3) The Oregon Health Authority may impose a civil penalty of up to $5,000 for each violation
of this section. All moneys collected pursuant to this subsection shall be deposited in
the Oregon Health Authority Fund established under ORS 413.101 and are continuously appropriated
to the authority for the purpose of carrying out the duties, functions and powers
of the authority under this section

Basically, I'm OK but new vapors are screwed. Can you write "screwed" here?

Can I buy MJ flavor e-liquid? MJ is legal now. Can buy an ounce of that, but can't buy an ounce of TFA Strawberry. Makes perfect sense.

I actually get a few spams a week with someone selling it.

He didn't like the internal air flow controller......you have to unscrew it from the mod to get to the AFC, and his was very loose, sometimes when taking it on and off the mod, it would change the airflow.

He cut himself on the bottom edge, cuz it was really sharp.

He doesn't like having to undo a screw to fill it. He mentioned with the kfun that you could top fill, capture the air hole yada yada, but you couldn't do that with this one cuz you also have to hold the tank on, it doesn't screw on.

one of the screws (well all of em, just don't recall which one he was referring to) is very deep inside the wall of the bottom part, so you nearly need to have a magnetic screwdriver. and of course, the screwdriver that comes with it really doesn't work, but most of em don't far as I know.

Overall strong thumbs up though. Just some things he really didn't like, but mostly he did.

I especially like the "yard a yada" part. :)
