My tolerance for stupidity is waning daily.

(based on events of the day)

On the bright side, the KST Mini and Lemo are performing admirably. I shifted back to th 1.2Ω OCC --- and 0nic0flavor (0N0F).

Those premixes I bought a couple weekends ago SUCK, and I'm slam-out of anything I like.

My wife says I need some nic? Hell, who knows?
this is where the DIY REALLY comes in handy. There is usually something you can mix yourself tat will work for you.
For te pre-mixes.... try adding a couple drops of artificial peppermint or spearmint extract. They can hid a multitude of bad taste.
Many people are gasping now because I've sugested using {gasp} EXTRACTS!! Well... Guess what "flavorings" are? ;)

I envy you people who completed the survey in "a few" minutes. It took me 28 minutes...

Sounds like ya might have gotten side tracked on FB again...

Nope, I'm good but I'm not fast. I don't see how the survey can be completed in 10 minutes. I know some people CAN but I don't know HOW. If I recall there were 89 questions. Answering 3+ questions per minute was pretty fast, by my own standards.

O.K., Wanted. Whatever you choose to call yourself, is good for me!

On topic: does anyone else have one of these S-Body mods? I love the squonker openings, but I see the battery in %, not voltage left... Is there a way to change that?
Or maybe someone knows what % is time to change battery?

I got mine 2 days ago, changed the battery when it shut off..seems like when it gets to about 20%, it goes done quick..didn't think to check voltage...as far as I can tell, there's not any way to change from percentage to actual voltage left..the thing is really heavy but my only real complaint is the power button, small and hard to fire..other than that, I like it...not much help but couldn't find anything else on the voltage..

Absolutely wild speculation here... 3.4 volts.

Guessing the low voltage shut off is 3.2, and nominal fresh off charge is 4.2. So a 1 volt range. 0.2 is 20% of that.

Can't believe they'd "calibrate" it to be near the death voltage of the battery... unless maybe the chip maker owns stock in one of the battery plants

... usually gets promoted and a pay rai$e!

In the Post Office, what you get is more territory added to your route, until you cry Uncle! No demotion to a higher-paying supervisory position, no increase in the paycheck, just an increase in the amount of work you're supposed to get done in 8 hours. That's for city carriers. Rural carriers have a different system, called evaluated routes. If you become a letter carrier in the Post Office and you're especially fast, you should become a rural carrier rather than a city carrier.

Even though there are a good number of complaints from customers on city routes, that number is dwarfed by the complaints from customers on rural routes. A rural carrier who carries an 8-hour evaluated route gets the same amount of pay if they finish in 6 hours and go home as they'd get if they took 9 hours, so the system gives them more incentive to cut corners and make mistakes. Not an absolute rule but a general truth.

Welcome to the Porches rThom! Nothing required to joi us, just pick a view for your part of the Porches, pick a beverage, a juice, a mod, & your favorite seat in which to park your tail & yap away! I'm late jumping on tonight, so late with your welcome.

I've been fighting a KFL tonight. AllPepper told me about lining up the dual airholes on these EHPro dual airflow with the holce in the center pin. In the adjusting I've messed up & can't get the holes lned up all the way across & still have the positive post tight to the base & not touching the negative post. I think I need someone stronger than I am to tighten the post enough to line it all up & tighten that positive post. It's pretty twirly right now. (that's a technical term, somebody think up an acronym for it, please.)
I decided to distract myself from worrying about my truck with a don't worry, be happy shiney thingy. I've been known to shop when I get really stressed. So I hit the Hana site & found Blems hidden under the catagory "Specials". Assuming that meant me because I needed to feel a little special, I grabbed a green mini v3 pac 30W for 79.00. Surprised I got it as fast as I did. Love the color! My Hana's are the only colored mods I have, the others are all black or the one MVP2 that's silver. Now that I actually spent monies on something besides the truck, or Dr's all I have to do is wait for that to bite me in the hind end. But for the moment really liking my pretty little mod & some really good Cotto's Revenge. :vapor: Contemplating the thought that if this one makes me feel this good, then how much better would I feel if I sent the one I killed in to get fixed?
