No way! You took a heck of a picture. He's a cutie. Also looks like you could tie Iffy's old wind sock to his tail. :)

Dat pic is one of my special images dat I rarely use, 'cause it's soooo special; just behind my dancin' Snoopy!

Chances are dat if anyone does a thorough ECF 'search', I'd be da first to use it on da ECF. So, tj, if dat's your original pic...

Hey, I found another vaper in the wild!! ...so I told her about ECF. Hope she checks it out. :vapor:

Gotta say dat VITWs are ever increasing in my experiences! Only wish dat more folk I've tried to 'guide' to da ECF would have done so. My 'batting average' isn't all dat great wid da locals anymore! Also runnin' outta v-verts (which is probably a good trend)!

Well, I've been here since January, and I have found lots of help, support and friends here. I am happy with my evods, twists, mpv's & isticks. I do diy, save a lot that way! I'm pretty quiet most of the time but I do read everything posted on both porches. It is so nice to be with people that speak "vape"!

I'll be getting up! I never miss a lunar eclipse. I'm too facinated by the fact that an egg will balance on end during in eclipse. Set one on a pot holder or fold a towel once to give it something to grip, set it down on it's end & it will stay there. Too early or too late & it won't work, but pretty far into the event & it will stay up. Works everytime! Really cool
.

Finally found my first post on Porch #2! Thank you for the help, Mike! As I suspected, I just butted into the conversation about the Lunar Eclipse & started talking. I'd been lurking long enough I forgot I was lurking! Thank you all for letting me have a rocker instead of making me sit on the steps for being so rude!

If I waited until I was invited to ....-in, I'd never post (or speak) ever again! One of the few perks of being older is that you have a blank check to offer helpful "wisdom" whether it's wanted or not, and most people are too polite to tell you to shut up. Win!

Iffy, where do you find these emoticons? I love 'em!

I've just looked 'em up on line and stuffed 'em into my Photobucket if I liked 'em. Ya can right click on 'em to go to my Photobucket page. If ya wish, plagiarize 'em... I did!

If ya go to my diff libraries dere, you'll see a few originals and an occasional 'Iffy sighting'; and an exposure of my warped SOH... <Enter at your own risk!>

Don't give up on it Amoret, I used to hand quilt, & do applique. It was very theraputic for me. I had to give it up when my fingers on my right hand began to take a right turn, & the joints too messed up. I can still use them for many things, but not for quilting. I've been really depressed for 5 years because I so loved my hand work. I'm going to try building my own. Not investing a lot into it yet, because I don't know if I'll be able to, but I'm going to try. I have some tricks that I learned while quilting to help me get a good grip on the wire, drill bits & small tools that I think will help.

My problem is that I can't feel much of anything with my left hand, and not much more with my right. So I'm fairly happy that I can screw coils into a clearo, without dropping them too often, but I don't think I'm going to try making them.

Well thank to "Dancing Heretic" this is my original post from 1 1/2 years ago

Wow I just found this thread. Good idea. I have been on ECF since 2009 but never saw it or if I did I forgot. I am 63 years old also have emphazima, had heart surgery in Aug to replace a calcified valve, had to have both legs amputated in 07 from an infusion that gave me anaphalaxis. I started out like everyone else with the pencil style and have gone through a lot of changes. When I find something I like I usually stay with it. My favorite now is a ProVari with a DCT and 2ohm carto 3.5 ml. i use almost exclusively Vapor Station tobacco flavors but have been yearning for an RY4 like Don's from Backwoods Brew. I just ordered a Vamo cause I needed a spare VV and I have started trying to find an RY4. I like Vapor Stations, actually I mix theirs half VS4 half RY4. Got my first new one today it's IKV RY4 Gold. So far I am not that impressed but will keep trying it. I have Primevaping PV4 coming and just ordered HHV Heavenly Tobacco. My cardiologist wants me to cut down on nicotine but IKV only had 24mg. The rest that are coming are 18mg. If you haven't tried a VV ecig you should. It is great to adjust as the cartomizer gets older plus if you can't get your favorite resistance. I am going to try those IClear 30 clearomizers soon. Tanks are so much less of a hassle I love them. 3.5 ml is just right, the 6ml are too much for me. Juice gets dark and if you don't like the juice you are really screwed. Well I am rambling don't want to turn this into a social thing. Look forward to hearing from more old farts. Also this IKV is tasting better guess I had to get used to it. Vaping at 4.5volts with 2ohm cartomizer.

Wow things have changed a little since then. I still use a ProVari but I make all my own juice now at 2mg. Found a good RY4 from Janet and Mike. Found the Kayfuns and learned how to use them. Got a lot of help from people on here, a lot of help. Plus a lot of support. It definately was a good idea and so happy to be here.

Wanted to say Welcome to all the people I haven't met before. Theres a rocker here for all.

I still can't find first post. As you all have probably surmised, we made it to Florida. It's 69 outside and had a high of 75 today. Positively cold for FT. Lauderdale.
I spent some time in Ft. Lauderdale ( near the intersection of 84&95). That's were I joined the Corps from as a mater of fact. Must have been 1975-76

Why thank you Iffy

Nice collection Ty. I should gather mine up for a group shot, but then Janet will really get a look of all my gear and ban more purchases.
Congrats Slots! What new shiny thing to you buy to celebrate? .
Slots!! Congratulations on 2 years!!
Thanks guys, I picked up a couple of R80's for stealth vaping.
I couldn't pass it up since they knocked the $60 price down to $20
Figured I'd get at least $20 worth of use out of them :p

Hi :blush:Robin here. I have read a bit of the 'Porches' threads here and there.
Welcome Robino and everyone else.
The posts are moving so fast I can't keep up, but I know we have more new faces, and I'm looking forward to yakking with ya all.

ROFL .......... I took that picture.

I was going to argue with Iffy about who posted it first (since I used it for wallpaper, before ECF, and stole it first), but I guess you put an end to who was 1st.
Too bad, I was looking forward to getting him in a bear hug :p
Glad to actually meet the person who's behind the original, and thanks for showing us how he looks now :hubba:
Never dreamed I'd see the little guy all grown up, or come face to face with the person I stole it from
Sometimes, he's the only one in the house that thinks I'm "Awesome"
Thanks for sharing, or I wouldn't have him putting a grin on my face everyday.
