Online Retail Sales Prohibited in Arkansas Effective Today
Arkansas ACT 1235 (SB978)

Arkansas ACT 1235 (SB978) is officially in full effect as of today, July 21, 2015. The bill classifies vapor products as tobacco products thereby inherently prohibits any online retail or direct online B2C sales of any "vapor product, alternative nicotine product or e-liquid product" to occur within the Arkansas state line. In addition to disallowing online retail sales relating to any vaping product, all brick & mortar retail locations within Arkansas must now obtain licenses in order to sell vaping products within the state.

I wonder if that clause exempts interstate commerce, since the sale is from OUT of State?

Probably wishful thinking, but....

hehehe As to the cadence, was looking on YT for a John Lithgow thing he did something about a bottle battle, can't recall exactly, but it was funny. No could find though, hope y'all have heard it. Used to have it as an mp3 on another computer that I played in chat rooms
someone didn't do a search for "John Lithgow bottle battle"

and back to topic..... today, I checked and I have just 1 misc bottle of juice left.... that will mean that I have vaped my extras, and can start making more extras to vape up at a later date....
this bottle is "Blue drake" or something like that from MBV.... will finish it up and start making some from my lab again.

ha! I actually did search exactly those words....as well as many others, but it didn't come up, or perhaps I somehow missed it. Dave found it and posted it on the back porch, but thank you! I love that. I may have just missed it.

No, it doesn't allow any company, in the state or outside the state, to sell to any individual Arkansan EXCEPT in person at a brick and mortar in-state store that has acquired a permit.

I'm usually halfway decent at deciphering the gobbledygook in lengthy bills. However, I can make NO sense of this part of the bill, that seems to encompass a complete contradiction. Maybe what they're saying is that snuff, nicotine gum, etc are "alternative nicotine products" while any vapor product is a tobacco product in the same class as cigarettes.

SECTION 2. Arkansas Code § 26-57-203 is amended to read as follows: 26-57-203.

Definitions. As used in this subchapter:
(1) "Alternative nicotine product" means:

(A) A product that consists of or contains nicotine that can be ingested into the body by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, snorting, sniffing, or by any other means.

(B) "Alternative nicotine product" does not include a: (i) Cigarette; (ii) Tobacco product; (iii) Vapor product

I think that your confusion is on the "Alternative nicotine product"?
Vapor products are not alternative nicotine products, they are equivalent to Tobacco products. By setting them up as "separate" tobacco products, they can be taxed and legislated separately.
the nicorette inhaler, which uses the same basic technology as a Vapor product, is an "Alternative nicotine product". As is anything that is made by the pharmaceutical industry. This is because the pill-pushing industry has already paid their millions of dollars to be excluded.

Does anyone know how the Eleaf Lemo V2 compares to the KFL.
It is on sale now at Vaporbeast and was thinking of getting one if my CC
gets working in time.
Vaguely remember Wolf saying sumting about more airflow but to lazy to search fo da post.

My V1 has the potential for more airflow than my KFs, but can be throttled back to the same. I suspect the V2 would be similar. It adds top fill and air flow control without having to take the base off - the big drawback to the V1, imo. A real hassle to get it set to preference, lots of on/off action....

Just more proof they have no idea what they're talking about. Vape products fall under both those categories by the wording, so I see more debate about "the spirit of what was intended"

Lemo for me was better unless your someone who likes what I consider a very tight draw on the KFL.
Also more room to play with on the lemo.

Thanks guys...ordered one to try.
Looking forward to a looser draw, tried drilling out the KFL but it is still tight.

tried calling Dancin this morning, but I expect she was having tests. Didn't hear so just called again. They got her heart rate back down to 75-80 bpm, her white blood count is pretty high, so they're watching her for infection. As long as no infection develops and her HR stays where it should be, she may be able to go home from the hospital tomorrow, or the next day. She's actually looking forward to going home this time. They made a pin cushion outta the poor lil thing this time.

In case I had not shown this here before...
it is a medicine syringe I got at Krogers for ~ 1.50. It came with the stopper thingy and is great for dispensing PG/VG. the bottle in the pic is a 125 ml bottle I use to mix my PG/vg in, I have a few of them I use for this. to dispense just invert the entire assembly and fill syringe, put upright and remove syringe and squirt in bottle being filled. I leave it like in the pic when not in use. It is sealed well and keeps everything clean. the stopper thingy has a flip lid and is stepped to fit several different sized openings.

Oooh, dat's interesting!

I'm pretty much locked into graduated cylinders and turret cap 'dispensing' bottles.

Got a link?

No link just bought it in the Krogers pharmacy. I suspect most pharmacys have pretty much the same thing. I like the no cleaning aspect really well.
