I know this should go on the liquid forum, but I Like it here. Was thinking a sweet pineapple, nectar or creme soda flavor would be good.
Glad ya like it here, and anything vape related is perfect for the front porch! Everything else is perfect for the back porch

I haven't done a stand alone pineapple, but I do love me a good pina colada juice, and haven't had that for quite awhile. Either need to get more flavors to make my own, or get a pina colada flavoring, and key lime pie, and.... and... lol Sounds like you like sweet vapes like me.

 Thanks for the laugh, it was badly needed.
Well, Public Health England obviously does not agree with 40% of doctors in the UK. The recent independent evidence review published today by Public Health England (PHE) concludes that e-cigarettes are significantly less harmful to health than tobacco and have the potential to help smokers quit smoking.

"Key findings of the review include:

  • the current best estimate is that e-cigarettes are around 95% less harmful than smoking
  • nearly half the population (44.8%) don’t realise e-cigarettes are much less harmful than smoking
  • there is no evidence so far that e-cigarettes are acting as a route into smoking for children or non-smokers
The review, commissioned by PHE and led by Professor Ann McNeill (King’s College London) and Professor Peter Hajek (Queen Mary University of London), suggests that e-cigarettes may be contributing to falling smoking rates among adults and young people. Following the review PHE has published a paper on the implications of the evidence for policy and practice.

The comprehensive review of the evidence finds that almost all of the 2.6 million adults using e-cigarettes in Great Britain are current or ex-smokers, most of whom are using the devices to help them quit smoking or to prevent them going back to cigarettes. It also provides reassurance that very few adults and young people who have never smoked are becoming regular e-cigarette users (less than 1% in each group).

However, the review raises concerns that increasing numbers of people think e-cigarettes are equally or more harmful than smoking (22.1% in 2015, up from 8.1% in 2013: ASH Smokefree GB survey) or don’t know (22.7% in 2015, ASH Smokefree GB survey).

Despite this trend all current evidence finds that e-cigarettes carry a fraction of the risk of smoking."

E-cigarettes are not completely risk free but when compared to smoking, evidence shows they carry just a fraction of the harm. The problem is people increasingly think they are at least as harmful and this may be keeping millions of smokers from quitting. Local stop smoking services should look to support e-cigarette users in their journey to quitting completely.

Professor Ann McNeill, King’s College London and independent author of the review, said:

E-cigarettes could be a game changer in public health in particular by reducing the enormous health inequalities caused by smoking.

Professor Peter Hajek, Queen Mary University London and independent author of the review said:

My reading of the evidence is that smokers who switch to vaping remove almost all the risks smoking poses to their health. Smokers differ in their needs and I would advise them not to give up on e-cigarettes if they do not like the first one they try. It may take some experimentation with different products and e-liquids to find the right one.

Here's the quote.

The survey findings show that a substantial proportion of GPs (40%) believe nicotine to be the first or second riskiest component of cigarettes, incorrectly identifying it as more harmful than smoke. Many (44% UK, 56% Sweden) also wrongly believe that nicotine in tobacco products is associated with cancer, while 15% in the UK and 22% in Sweden believe the same for pharmaceutical nicotine.
A survey of GPs reveals that many identify nicotine as a harmful cigarette-smoke component | EurekAlert! Science News

Let's hope the PHE not only turns those docs on their heads but also policy makers around the world. Enough of the junk science already!

Those should be fine, Run. I'm not real fond of the minis, but use PT1 and PT2 (and Davide equivalents) along with Kayfuns and similar. Just run at the same power settings and you'll get the same vape. :vapor:
I'm wondering if there is something like the protank's with a shorter length? like maybe 22mm wide but only 25 to 28 mm long. hold like a milliliter of juice. Recently I got an Innovape Pro M 1 for my Provari and like it with 1 of my short Sophia's, but even that one with the 35 mm tank is kinda long. if I could cut down the glass to like 30mm I think it'd be be great, but you can't cut tempered glass, it just shatters. Woe is me.

I may be totally off base for what you're wanting, but check out the gs air ms it's the shorty one. I think it's 22mm, but holds 2-3 mls, not sure how tall it is, and I forget what you're wanting to run it on. Gracie was showing them to Kay and she really likes em. And she says they can be rebuilt easier than like Aspire bvc's but I didn't watch the vid she showed.

Saw my first No Smoking and No Vaping sign today.
This last trip was the first time I heard the no smoking/vaping thing on the plane both coming and going. Before vaping wasn't usually mentioned. This time I did deliberately pack in a way as to make the vape gear look suspicious. Bag sat in the x-ray a couple of seconds longer but didn't get a reaction other than that. Saw two people with pets get the whole bomb sniffing thing though. One was a weenie dog, the other a cat, lol.

I just got a Sx Mini. Recomedations for what kind of atty works well with these?
It looks like any 22mm 510 tank would work on the Sx Mini. What kind of gear are you currently using? A couple tanks I have used that were good for me were the Nautilus and that Nautilus Mini.

We have a big flea market in Ocala where there are signs by the food place (just a place, only 1 junk food vendor) with a no smoking or vaping sign. Several vape kiosks in the market, however (who don't know much).
The good news is, I've seem several people say they started vaping because of just such kiosks. Kind of like BT's awful little cigalikes. They try it, are intrigued, learn more and move on up. Wish they were more knowledgeable, but they just may put somebody on the road to saving their lives.

Is the little guy still king of the road?

I'm imagining that the technology for reasonably priced home 3D printers will keep improving, and eventually the possible resolution will be good enough to make drip tips. Or maybe the resolution is already sufficient?
