What did you buy yourself? :)
I got myself that Woodville at the first of the month, remember? Now I'm trying to decide whether or not to keep it.

 I do now, my bad. Still have it in your possession, eh? I don't blame you, she's a beauty. Hope you had a great day! :)

@Opinionated; Welcome to our variegated Porches. 1 ml per day of joose use is a fairly low amount compared to others who are coming from a 2 pack per day habit. No criticism intended, just letting you know.

If you've pulled the trigger on an istick 30W, ignore the following. If it were me, I'd get an istick TC40W instead, simply because the power button works better. My iStick 30W, which I got just under 3 months ago, has recently started to continue firing for 2 or 3 seconds after the power button is released. My suspicion is that the spring that pushes the button back out is no longer strong enough to do that immediately.

There is nothing that the 30W version can do that cannot also be done by the 40W version, and in my opinion there is no harm in having the extra features that the 40W version offers even if you never use them. The improved operation of the power button is sufficient reason all by itself. You can get an iStick TC40W for $27.75, with free shipping from Colorado, by using the Coupon Code Summer15 (which applies a 25% discount) here:

My istick 50 has done that a few times. I suspected that vapor spray out of the holes were causing it to do that, because juice is sticky, so I started wiping down the mod with a damp cloth around the fire button. Hasn't done it anymore.

Think I might back down to 12 mg/ml. I have some 18 and cough more often then not. Even mixed two vanillas I have at 18 and 12, not precise, but figure the result about 16 mg, maybe more, maybe less, but still cough more often than not. The first vanilla I bought was the sweetest, but I felt sweet got old during the day. Reconsidering that it really wasn't all that bad.

Welcome to the Porches! Grab a seat!
Yep, juice on your fingers gets on the fire button causing it to stick. The whole mod & outside of tanks will get sticky spots just juice on your fingers. I have a box of alchohol wipes that I use to wipe them down when I need to. Especially buttons.

Question, how does juice get on the part of the battery that fires the coil? Just noticed that.
Others might be able to provide better explanations for why it happens, but the path the juice takes is through the bottom of the clearo. It can also get there by coming from a leak on the outside of the clearo and dribbling down. It seems to be more common with some clearo brands than others, and seems to also occur whenever the wicking material needs replacement.

Chances are, if your clearo is leaking from the bottom, you can prove it by taking the clearo off your vaporizer and blowing hard through the drip tip.

How long have you been vaping again? If not very long, your lungs may be getting rid of some of that analog gunk from smoking. I don't like throat hit at all. It makes me cough sometimes. Pg & nic both will give a stronger throat hit. I get it everytime I do mouth to lung hits. But not when I do straight lung hits. I like 50/50 pg/vg.

every clearo/tank I ever used would allow juice to leak out of the bottom of the 510 connection......I always used airflow controllers that were sealed to prevent it from coming in contact with the firing pin in the mod. That problem was eliminated with the advent of the Kanger aero tank and the Aspire nautilus which are sealed on the bottom .

Vaping about 7 weeks now. The only time I cough is when I try to inhale the higher nic juice. I don't care for straight lung hits. Never smoked that way and didn't know about that until I started vaping.

I never smoked that way, either. Try adding a drop of vg to your bottle of juice, & shake it really well. One drop won't reduce your nic level by a noticable amount, but might mute the throat hit. Be careful not to use too much as it will also mute flavor.

I'm going to fall right here into this thread without going back and reading the thousands of posts. I've been vaping since February this year after having been a PD smoker for 33 years. Vaping helped me quit the analogs, started vaping and never looked back.
Welcome Inca! You have found one of the 2 bestest threads on the forum! The other is the other porch :)
