We've made a conscience effort to skip a generation of the 'next best thing'. Plus still haven't received a large quantity of Aspire/Davide BDC's from a co-op and we don't want to make them obsolete before they arrive.

I stopped at the evod. Bought a dozen of them and SEVERAL boxes if coils for them. I have 5 of them loaded up with different flavors. I bought my first one last May (8 months) and am still using it along with others that have been in service at least 6 months. I clean and dry burn my coils. I have been using the same 10 coils since I first started enjoying them so I should have enough new coils to last a long long time.

I am still totally satisfied with my Vision Spinner 1300 batteries (bought them dec 2012-still going strong) and my 1300 ego-T batteries (some of them are well over a year old). I think my batteries last so long because I now use so many of them so only have to charge them maybe every 3 or 4 days.

vaping can be as simple or as complicated as one wants it to be. I don't think I will ever get into rebuilding anything and that is the wonderful thing about this. Those that love tinkering can and those that don't want to don't have to. JMHO

Just the ramblings of a little ol lady. :D

So FT sounds kinda hit-and-miss, then, lol. Prices are tempting, but in the long run may not be worth it...
My Vamo is in shecawgo. Hopefully it has passed customs and will be here tomorrow. I'm already charging the batteries for it. Got my charger from DV today. Perfect timing, I hope.

I was offline for a few days-- my wifi signal went down the tubes. Got A LOT of work done, LOL.

Another it happened at Wal-Mart. I was buying a bottle of vegetable glycerine, and the clerk asked me what it was for, and so I told her. She asked if it was safe, and I told her. She told me she had quit smoking four months ago, and was doing fine. Her husband, though is a different story. I gave her a MBV card, and she was very happy. Since I don't order from them any more, but do recommend them for beginners, I am running out of cards. LOL.

Bump for the old pharts what ain't found us yet. This was on page 7.

I'm waiting on a coop for some Aspire coils but I broke down and ordered a new Vivi kit to get a couple coils to fill the gap. I think this may be the best topper I've used to date. Of course, I said that about the T2, then the T3, then the Vivi Nova, then the Vision Victory, etc, etc, etc. :D

Ok first: Wow! I know we are (most of us) older folks, but no posts for over 24 hours?

Second: for the above... Go ahead and order once from them. It's a good way to check if your DIY hasn't gotten off the standard flavor ;) they DO send a couple of cards, and I'm sure I remember asking if they would send 5 so I could pass them out to more people, and they sent me 10!!

Third: the OTHER Hypertank does, indeed, vape like the first one. Apparently the only difference is in the style of the metal covering.

A good idea, really. Order it with five shots to get my moneys' worth, and plenty of extra cards. Gotta wait for a while, though. Blew my budget!!

Vamo didn't come today :( Rotating two twists is not fun, especially when you are out and about.

I have the PD version of those Pannys and I run them in my vamo all the time. :)

I have some 2250mAh Orbtronic 18650 (great batteries) that I was using on my vamos, and when I dropped one into my Itaste, the door wouldn't shut.
I was afraid of pushing too hard, and "springing" the door.
So (with good advice from here) I bought PF's and they drop right in ... no problem. I think there's about a ml of difference in length, and that's what did it.
So now I have the Orbtronic's for the Vamo, and the PF's for the Itaste.

Funny how the same 18650 size batteries can vary by company.
I'm just glad they are different colors, no problem telling them apart.

I did not see it mentioned so I thought I would give it an old college try. It may not be the same for everyone though...

My 700mah IMR's last me about 4 hours, but my 2000mah IMR's last about a day and a half. You might think that almost 3 times the mah will give you 3 times the use, but for me it gives closer to 4 or 5 times the use.

So ........... if I hold it my mouth ............ I get MORE of the precious drug 'Nicotine' than if I draw into the horribly scarred lungs?

Slow draw ....... puff out cheeks ...... hold it ..... hold it ..... hold it and then blow it all out? Interesting - I be doin' it backwards

A couple things to remember...First...water vapor is 10 times the size (diameter) of cigarette smoke. So very little (if any) of it is able to carry the nicotine into the furthest small passages of the lungs where you used to pick up the nicotine from the cigarette smoke.

Second...the mouth/throat has some nicotine receptors but considerably more nicotine receptors are found in the nasal membranes.

I was watching a PBusardo video and the way he vapes caught my eye. He inhales for a couple seconds...then while still inhaling he exhales some of the vape through his nose...then continues to inhale the rest of his hit. (The exhale kinda' involves swallowing but since you know what you're trying to do it's easy to "figure out".)

Once I started vaping that way I find I not only seem to "get" more nicotine but also get noticeably more vapor with each draw.

Mah is very much an estimate. Contrast your results with the fact that I can burn through 2.5 2000 Mah batterys in a day when I am running a 1.2 ohm coil and chain vaping. (note this is on a mech so I pull them out when the battery gets down to 3.5 volts).

Hi all, I just found this thread and am wondering what age you have to be to follow it? :) I do not consider myself old, however sometimes my mind and body do have a few disagreements about that! Oh well being as I am almost 56 I will wait for the official invite to the old section. I am learning all kinds of things here, thanks to all.
