I just looked up the VAMO V2 and it IS very pretty... need to do research on safety but have to go to work now (darn, the things one has to do to keep in the $ for vaping, lol lol lol)...
I've been thinking about this, and I think it is something to do with the psychology of change. Change is stressful - even welcome change. And I want, and vaping fills that want, but my psychie is still aware that something is different. My house smells differnet. The other day I came home and my house didn't smell like my house and for a second it was like I walked into the wrong home. It's just kind of thrown my world off, I think. I just took the pack of smokes down from the window sill (awwww.. it still has a lighter tucked into it!). I smelled them, and they don't smell good and I didn't feel a need to smoke one, but they did smell comforting. Like something old and safe one remembers from somewhere else, lol. Anyway, I said hi and bye and I put them back on the window sillIt's weird but you don't realize how much smoking effected almost every routine you have....
I love it about your husband timing his day by your gust of cold air, lol!
I am expecting a Vamo V5 sometime. Do your research, and you will discover that the only consistent complaint is weak threads. You will need to buy a thread protector, otherwise called a 510 to ego adapter, to prevent failure. Only around $2. If a simple mechanical problem is the only legitimate criticism, the price is right.I just looked up the VAMO V2 and it IS very pretty... need to do research on safety but have to go to work now (darn, the things one has to do to keep in the $ for vaping, lol lol lol)...

As a follow-up to the news article from yesterday the N.B. Lung Association had their say today and the story did not allow comments!

Thanks, especially to Iffy, I know it's a pain to register to add comments. I appreciate your support.
I am thoroughly bummed :-( I called the post office today and after a hold of 40 (yes 40, lol) minutes they confirmed that my e-juice order was delivered to my doorstep on January 8th, and I confirmed that today is the 9th and no, I didn't get it. So it is officially lost. Either the postal worker delivered it to the wrong house (unlikely as my neighbors would have brought it over) or kids took it. It is odd as I have various parcels delivered several times a month and have never had anything taken off my porch. But alas, my first big bottle purchase of my favourite e-liquid is missing somewhere between here and Bumfuk Alaska. The loss of the cost is a pain, but not something that will break the bank. But totally bummed at the loss of my first big bottle of liquid. I will order another (and have to wait another week, lol) but perhaps this tiime I will have them deliver it to work as there will be someone at the front desk to receive it....

Have a question.....after over a month, I'm still having issues 1st thing in the AM. It's the only time I have a cig craving, when I first get up. Sometimes worse than others, like today. It has actually started making me mad. I'm guessing it's from having no nic thru the night, which I can understand, but when will that go away?
When I quit cold turkey years ago, for 6 solid months, all I thought about from the moment I got up until I went to sleep, was wanting a smoke. It's not that way now, just the first few minutes to an hour, having coffee in the morning.
I wondered if anyone else had this issue and did it go away?
Thanks all!

You could try a higher nic juice with your coffee in the morning.
Some people swear by having higher nic juice before bed, but nicotine IS a stimulant, and it would keep me awake.
Edit: oh, your actual question...
I personally did not miss my smoking at all and still do not.![]()
The same 16 mg that I've been having with coffee, I was also using after meals for awhile. But not in the last several days, haven't felt the need. I refuse to slip, my health depends on it and I have major health issues. Besides I'm so proud to be over a month cig free now.Yep, the ones after meals were hard to give up and the first ones in the morning were the hardest. Personally - I upped the nic for the first hour or so in the morning and vaped through it. Initially it did not make the urge go away, but it did reduce the urge. I even slipped a couple of times and lit a smoke - maybe got through half of it before it was just to terrible to try anymore - now no more urges. For all the urges to go away - maybe a few months, but no strong urges - just fleeting thoughts that quickly dissipated...
