Well i have made my decision i am going to get the ZMax V2 on fri just not sure if i am going to get it local or order it. I want the gun metal one but the one local is chrome but no wait so i may just do that. Price wise it is a little cheaper to go local as i want have to pay shipping but i really want the gun metal i am sure i'd be happy with the chrome 'cept for fingerprints ,but.

We bought bulk from a reservation and had 40 cartons when we quit. We sold almost all. There's still a couple packs around here somewhere totally stale.

Yikes! 40 cartons! I don't think I ever bought more than 1/2 doz cartons at one time, when we were traveling in the south and prices were cheaper than home.

Many people decide to donate theirs to a homeless shelter. I know where you're coming from but please consider that someone may benefit from them. When they are ready they will find a way to quit. When we win the lottery we can donate ProVaris! I know how I would feel as a smoker if someone threw out smokes rather than offer them to me. Let's not forget what it was like.

This is just a comment. You are free to do whatever you like.

Donating to a shelter is a good idea. I gave a carton to a friend of mine instead of throwing it away. I still have 3 1/2 packs can't seem to part with them. They're my reminder of the past and how far I've come.

I'm going to petition the Mods to change this thread title to
Older Folks and Enabling.:D

If Christmas weren't so close, I'd be tempted. Oh well, my Lambo will have to suffice.

Nice one! Yeah, Tex and Muldemar are bad boys. Tex keeps getting another PV and Mul keeps showing us those unique drip tips.

rik, do some research on it before getting it. It looks a lot like this one for 1/2 the price of the Eagle.

I believe these are the way to go. Nobody seems to have a firm name for them. They are available for $50 in Canada and called Vamo.

$60 doesn't seem unreasonable, though the price will probably drop once they can keep up with demand. At least they are on this side of the planet.

The newer versions have metal buttons. The earlier ones had rubber buttons and a shorter spring in the battery tube. You may want to ask about that.

Yep - there was a problem with the spring being too short. In the thread I posted HC finally admitted to it and has worked out a way for folks to get a replacement spring.

Uh-oh i just saw this Eagle VV & VW Mod and it might make me change my mind as it is cheaper and more versatile. Gonna have to do some research. Anyone seen this before?

It actually has the same features as the ZMax except for being able to use it in as a mini with one 18350 battery. It does have a simpler menu and more like the LT adjustments. It is also much cheaper and it's real name is Vamo but like other PV's different suppliers are calling it by different names. With the 18650 set up it is longer than the ZMax and Provari. With the 18350 mini it is the same length as the Provari Mini. I have one coming in a co-op but won't have it for a couple of weeks. I have a SS ZMax V2 and really like it and the variable wattage mode. The price on the Vamo is great and so far it is testing good. There are two different ZMax's now the original is made by Smok and the clone is made by Sigelei. I have the one made by Smok but the one made by Sigelei is going to be a little cheaper and does have a better led display.

And the v2 also has metal buttons not plastic which is a big plus. I will prolly go with the ZMax then maybe pick one of these up for a backup and save my egos twist as a back up for my backup and give my regular ego's to a friend to get him going good in vaping . I already gave him my old cig-alike and he likes it but it loses charge to quickly so he is still smokimg.

The ZMax is very nice and I don't think you can go wrong with getting one. It is a little big though and why I wanted to also get a Vamo so I could use the Mini and it would be a little easier to stick in my pocket like I do my mini LT plus I got such a good buy I couldn't pass it up.

That is a nice feature. This will be my first mod so i have to get batteries and a charger at the same time which is why i was thinking of the ZMax from nashvillevapor as he sells it in a kit that has everything i need for 125 and it is local to me(45 min drive).I would still have to get a second batt but thats not a big deal another 10 bucks. Tho down the road like i said i may get one of the Vamos as a backup.along with some 18350's
