You actually need a spreadsheet to keep up with all of this, which I don't do, so no biggie. Even those doing their best to stay on top of things are floundering in the onslaught. Politicians need to work on the real problems, not invent imaginary ones. 
This petition is for the FDA Deeming Regs, not state legislation of which some have passed, many died and some others have been reintroduced in special sessions. With any luck, they will all die a swift death. The grandfather date is February 15, 2007, I believe, and that would be a tragedy. Luckily there are several things in the works to kill that too.
