I will be sure and mention this to Bill....thank you....that does sound a little touchy.....I use a driptip and hold it in my teeth as well....while I'm working of course......but it takes a conscious effort to draw on it. I have certainly never seen mine do what your describing....then compare that to the people saying it seem overly hard to draw on......does seem worth mentioning. Thanks again....

My switch seems PERFECT to me. I can get a very light draw, w/ very little vapor if I want. Or take a nice hard cig style pull on it and get a nice strong drag. Again, very impressed compared to my 510 autos. I have a couple KR808 mega batts coming in(not sure if they are the sound activated type or not), I'll do a comparison w/ some prefilled 808 cartos I have as the SS cartos are the only prefilled I've ever used. But they seem the bomb!

hey gang.....Bill says yes....it is possible that dropping a battery will render it nonfunctional.....too many variables to list....but yes....it is possible. If this does happen to you we do want the battery back. Once we receive a dead battery from you and confirm it is dead, IF we still have any left we will send a replacement. The exception to this is blatant abuse...dropped in the bathtub? ya...thats abuse :) hottub?...goat ate it?.....run over by a truck?....you get it i"m sure :) So we can all stop giving Sadie condolences...she's getting a new one.

oh yes.....mine seems to be working better too....I know I have read about "conditioning the battery" but do not know if it is really true....I will ask.

OH My!!! ***does the happy hamster dance*** That is over and above any expectations I could have had!!! I am SOOO excited! I mean, this is a test and having bugs in the product is to be expected. I felt bad because it died by my own hand thus messing up one test product... I never would have expected to get another one (at least not until they were market ready)!!! Very Generous and I can't thank you guys enough! Now I will be stalking the Post Office!

Charge 10. Vapor dropped at 170 puffs. I had a charge or two with a lower number of puffs, but it seems to have been a bit of a fluke/ user error.
Here's a summary of the first 10 charges :

Factory charge – 86
1st charge -170
2nd charge- 152
3rd charge- 198
4th charge – 200
5th charge – no count, 5 ½ hours at work
6th charge- 167
7th charge- 155
8th charge – 160
9th charge- no count, 5 hours at work
10th charge – 170

I kind of feel like I am not contributing much as I pretty much say what everyone else says so I am sorry for that. BUT, I can tell you a funny. My PB was charging this morning so I took my manual with me as I ran some errands. As I'm driving along I am wondering why I'm not getting any vapor. Well, turns out I am getting used to this auto and forgot to push the button. LOL

OK, so I got my two KR808 mega auto batts today(traded them for two Joye 510 autos), and I must say I am impressed. But, the switch is a bit finikey. Sometimes doesn't shut off(very rare), and it doesn't turn on w/ light draw(Which The PB does so well). It takes a second before the KR lights up, and it comes on fast and hard. The PB comes on smooth, more like a real cig. Also, the vapor is hotter than the PB, and I don't think it tastes as good. I'm assuming this is due to the slightly higher under load voltage(as tested by ScottBee). I have to say, the KR8 does put out lot's of vapor, but it just isn't as cigarette like as the PB. I can see uses for both. My main interest in the KR* was to try out the higher voltage, and have the ability to use DSE901 and KR808 stuffs(incase there is an FDA driven vaping armagedon. lol). As for the KR8 cartos, dunno, only on the first one and the taste is the standard DK USA mix(which I don't care for). They are not known to last as long as the SS cartos, and the end caps are not fun to get off. I'd say that my oppinion is that each has it's place, but my prefference is for the vapor from the PB more. One good thing about the KR8 cartos, is the condoms can be turned into mouthpieces by putting a hole in the end. lol so at least there's that. I think if I had to choose just one, I'd go w/ the PitBull.

I also got a couple gold SS batts today, as well as some Menthol cartos. I have to say I am liking the SS Menthol alot. Has a slight vanilla/cream taste that I really like. Only complaint would be the low nic content(as others have mentioned). The gold batts work great, but were not fully charged right out of the box(which fooled me a bit). On a fresh charge, I REALLY like these batts. I'd say the Gold(short) batts are as well built and "blingey" as the PB batts, but I prefere the feel of the longer PB. The draw does seem a little different between the two. It seems as though the draw through the short batt is more consistent. IMHO, maybe the vents on the PB need to be altered slightly to maintain the same draw characteristics. It is a slight difference, but a few other previous SS owners have pointed this out as well. Continuing customers might be put off by the slight varience. Both two are great e-cigs and I am VERY happy to own and use them both. Thanks again Lori and Bill(all of SS included:))!

yea...I know the feeling!!!! I was in the liquor store yesterday giving a stack of business cards to the owner :) and it slipped out of my hand and hit the ceramic tile.....talk about heart skipping a beat! Believe me when I tell you....one of you will get a new one before I will!!! You think you feel lucky to have one? I feel twice as lucky....because you know what they say right? The customer always comes first! LOL....but...he's okay! I really think there are so many physical variables....it was just bad luck the Sadies hit in such a way as to damage something.

I still can't decide which I like better...the carto or the atty. When I am using the carto, I think yep I like this better and then when I put on the atty, I like it just as much! I do like the draw a lot on the pitbull. I don't feel like I am sucking air, which I hate. Its a nice draw, not too hard either....just right! I couldn't count puffs today. Worked all day till this evening, but one charge lasted me about 3 hours. That is about normal for me. I work all day tomorrow too, so I will count puffs on Sunday. :)
