That's actually really good news. I have all kinds of mismatched address and am not even sure I could make it through age verification if I tried. I believe adult signature solves that. Thanks for the info.

In the future when age verification becomes a wide spread thing - I hope you have a choice between signing upon delivery or verifying through some obscure software...

I had to wait for a restock and it didn't take long for it to ship. The only hold up will be customs when it gets to the US thats the real hold up imo.

Not according to my latest package that came through, took two hours.

I have a question about Fasttech if someone can help. I placed two orders, one Wednesday and one Thursday. This was my first time ordering from them. All items I ordered were showing in-stock when I placed my order but now two of the items on my order are showing out of stock with estimated receipt date of 8/18/16.

What are the odds they will actually receive replacement items on the date they give or am I better off to cancel those items so they will ship the remainder of my orders?

Sorry to be so wordy. Any information from seasoned Fasttech users appreciated.

No way to tell. Sometimes it comes in early, sometimes on that date, and other times after that date. It's really up to you if you want to wait and see what happens, or cancel the item, or take out a ticket and ask if they will split the shipment with no additional shipping cost to you. If you do take out a ticket it still may take them several days to respond- they will respond but it often takes several days.

    This.

I placed an order this morning for something that had an ETA of mid next week. It shipped a few hours later.

My Aspire Triton coils were ordered over two weeks ago with a 3 day lead time and they shipped yesterday.

They are generally pretty good though....

FT has lots of orders being placed day and night. Something could show in stock and be in stock, but 10 other people may place an order in those few minutes. I've ordered things "in stock" and had to wait a few days. I've also ordered things that were supposed to take a week and be shipped the next day.

The longest I've had to wait from order to received was 28 days. (could have been a pre-order in that one) Most of my orders are in my mailbox in around 10 days from the order date.

I went into a shop in town today to get some coils, they were sold out of Nautilus BVC's. I got two packs of Aspire BVC coils, the little one's, 29$ and change for ten coils. I'm going to keep buying coils as I go through them locally, and save the ones in the stash box for if the day comes when they are no longer available. I guess next week I'll try and get some Nauti coils from them...
Hi :) why dont you order your Nauti coils from FT,supposedly "authentic" and half that price? .TBH Ive been buying them regularly for the past two years, both for daily use and stocking-up, and Ive done a few random ""tests" re:authenticity by occasionally buying them full price locally (B&M) ordering online from "reputable" stores and even directly from Aspire's own website and havent noticed a difference either in taste or longevity....

and it does take SEVERAL days and then they may get the refund right or not. My ticket took 6 business days and even though I requested to refund my CC the refund went to a gift card to be redeemed for merchandise. And I guess because English is not their first language it was quite obvious from the response I got when I pointed the refund snafoo that they dont necessarily understand English all that well. I finally gave up - because you cant talk to them either - and used the gift card to buy some stuff that I didnt really need.

I know many vapers buy from FT a lot because of their prices but I wont be. Their customer service sucks IMO and and I would rather pay a little more and have good customer service.

I placed an order from MVB on Tues 9 Aug, mostly e-liquids. Their site still says their liquids ship in 24 hours or less. Went thru the Blue age verification thingie. Order Status soon said Awaiting Shipping. On Thur 11 Aug, it still hadn't shipped so I contacted CS. They told me they were experiencing expected delays due to the new deeming regulations. The package still hasn't shipped. If none of their packages have shipped since then, I would have thought there would be several mentions on ECF, but I'm not finding any. I asked directly if they could give me any idea when it would ship, and I got this reply: "...do not have an estimate on when your order will be shipped, but i can assure that our warehouse team is working day, night and throughout the weekend to get all of our orders out as soon as possible." They can't ship my package, but it seems they had no trouble charging my card? They are allowed to sell it, but not to ship it? Does this sound normal for post-8/8/16 orders? Maybe I'm expecting too much?

Expected delays certainly could be posted on their website, when you hit the home page to order. That would be the courteous thing to do. You know, treat your customers as if they matter.

    Expecting too much? Perhaps.

Now that Deeming is in effect, I thought it would be good to track how people are doing on their stock up plans after 8-8-16. Are you running into any difficulty ? We know things are changing, so how is it going for you?
Ordered a batch of supplies including nic on the 12th from Wizard Labs. It's now the 15th and it's already at my local post office ready to be delivered. It's all good here [emoji2]
