Ordered a batch of supplies including nic on the 12th from Wizard Labs. It's now the 15th and it's already at my local post office ready to be delivered. It's all good here [emoji2]

This is the third time that I have ordered from them. Products are packaged very well, shipping is fast and free if total order is $65 or above. Lots of flavor options also.

What are your local shops saying about the fda?
So my local shop told me that they were no longer going to provide house juice after the 8th, so on the 12th I stopped in to check them out and they were still mixing no problem.. idk. They said now that they just can't give free products (juice, coils) or build coils for you.

The one I stopped in this weekend acted like nothing was wrong. I asked and the answer I received was... we will keep going until the atf knocks our doors down.

I think lots of shops will keep operating up until someone shows up and checks them. Checking age will keep them from being nailed if someone tries an underage sting, but in the absence of any changes to the regs, eventually they will be forced to stop mixing juice. Hopefully they will use that time to figure out a business model that will allow them to remain profitable without in house mixing. Given the markups on in house juice, I can't see how they'll make the loss up, but lots of uncertainty may still leave other paths available.

This is the exact impression I am getting. They are complying with sampling and age right now, but don't seem concerned with anything else.

My vape shop still mixes there on juice and they are compliant with all the new FDA rules
Mine too. But they said eventually they will stop mixing the house brands. They are talking to a company about having it made and pointed out that it will force them to raise the cost because it will cost them more.

It's hard to hit a like button for that post. :( I think a lot of shops are trying to decide if its worth it to try to keep going for two years at most.

Yea, I figure at about the 6 month or 3 month mark we are going to be seeing a lot of sales again...

I tend to agree. Shops are either going to have to register as a manufacturer or retailer coming up soon. I can almost guarantee that the FDA will start inspecting those that register as a manufacturer pretty quick.

What exactly are they inspecting for? They haven't released the specifics yet but they probably will before the end of the year. My guess is it is not going to be easy or cheap to comply.
