i want some of that mundys magic wire... but id like a lifetimes supply... well... idk how hard is it? id be really interested in it... do the posts of the rm2 need to be modified for the MM wire?

once i get my second rm2, ill be on here this thread more often with more pics, especially after the tax return comes in and i get a tablet, which should be able to take good pictures...

i cant wait, im a few months away from getting my grand, rm2 for the grand... (buying the second rm2 first) once i get the grand though, the grand will run with whatever the best, reliable set up will be, then the mini (currently in my possession) will become the "tester" or wacky cant vape more than a couple of times for sake of self set up... though if i get a third, lmao if... when i get a third, there will be the tester, wacky, reliable... muahahahahaha

if i ever get my dreams going there will be another reo, and a decent mech with a dripper...

this reo will have unflavored nic... to clean the palate, and the other mech with a dripper will be for taste testing new diy creations...

Tried this in my trident, Spilt coils 18/19wraps on a 1.2mm needle, of .30 came in at 1.14 a little slow but decent vape and flavor. think ill try a smaller i.d.

Twisted 32ga kanthal in my kraken clone on my chi you clone. Running at 1.3 ohm. I wanted 8 stands of the yarn, ya know, kraken wick, but it was too tight, do I went for 6 stands. I really like this set-up, a nice middle of the road.

What I currently have in the IGO-W:



I am calling these "macro" coils... 7 wrap of 28 gauge kanthal around a 3/32" drill bit, tightly compressed. This one comes out to about 0.65 ohms. Seems to work pretty well, and an added bonus is that they start making a "crackle pop" sound when the wick starts drying out. Its a good indicator for letting me know when to drip more.

Saw this on BuzzKilla's kayfun decided to try it out, took a bit to get that coil properly raised but it works.

It's technically a dual coil since there's only 4 leads totally rather than 8 for a quad
Not sure of inner diameter, wrapped around the handle of a precision eye glass screw driver.

does it "pop" like that every time? trying to think if a diamond will work in a reo... dont think it will... but im still gonna try it... eventually, once i have my second rm2... not now... too precious a vape to not have...

I attempted to build a diamond on my reomizer a while back and it was an epic fail. Since the posts are further away from one another than other rba's it gets difficult to keep the diamond shape and I eventually called it quits. I ended up with more of an archway than a diamond. Not a horrible vape but the TH was too much for me and it just looked silly. Went back to my standard 12 wrap of 26g almost immediately.

Yeah exactly, it's a dual but with four coils.
It will have a higher resistance than a quad, it's technically a dual with six wraps each coil.
And to be honest about the glow... I. Can't remember man. I'd have to pull out my wick and pulse it to see. The heat up time is very very fast though.

It doesn't pop like that every time, I haven't had a nuke explosion like that since, but I've had it get close. Combination of wick saturation, preheated coils.
I haven't yet played around with a diamond coil, probably won't because I'm on a mech and hear up time will be pretty long
