Cobra Clone - 30ga A1 kanthal 7/8 wraps @2.0-2.2 ohms 500X500 SS mesh, straw style. Man the flavor on this thing is fantastic. Built that coil in probably under 20 min. My best one yet.

Does anyone with stingray clones have to use the safety to stand it up with a heavy atty without firing? Like a fogger v4 for example?

The heaviest RBA I have is an AGA-T2, and can try that on my Stingray clone when I get home tonight.

My current build in my Caterpillar RDA. It works great because this build coupled with the adjustable air holes lets me adjust the taste of my juices. I doubt I'm going to change out this build any time soon. It's two micro coils, only they're not the same on both sides. One is 7/6 wraps of triple twisted 30 gauge kanthal wire around a 1/16" drill bit while the other is a single 26 gauge wire with 10/9 wraps on the other at 0.41 Ohms. The twisted helps boost some of the other flavor aspects of the juices, while the normal coil helps retain the original flavor. With fully opened air holes, I get more of a mellow flavor, and with them partially closed, I get a more rich flavor. I have it resting on my Maraxus mod with the Silencer pyrex drip tip on top.

Cool thanks bro, im looking for a new mod but I feel like a stingray is just another nemesis, on the other hand it's super clean in black with a black fogger v4.!

The heaviest RBAs I have, none of them fired the stingray standing upright. Tried the AGA-T2, RSST, and a Kraken. Only issue is the firing button is a good bit wobbly so makes it not too sturdy with any topper, let alone one that's on the hefty side. Wobbly button being reported by others too with the black copper stingray by Infinite, so trying to find a fix myself.

Hope that helps a little, not to deter from this great looking mod. Hits hard as my older brother when I was a kid! :D

Thanks for the info buddy, my nemi wobbles too, just enough to not really trust it but I usually make sure I can lay it down anyways.

Yeah, it's solid when locked though and I don't plan to park anything heavy up top. An Atomic looks really good and is working out well.

dual vertical serial coil. 28 gauge kenthal (5 wraps on each side), cotton wick. The wick was fed up through the first coil, over the top, down and out through the second coil. 1.5 ohms. It wicks really well so I can go much higher power (13w) without getting dry hits. It's not my favorite build, but pretty good.
